Las Brisas offers the BEST Mexican food, with tender and juicy meat, cool veggies, crisp chips, and hot salsa. The place could be cleaner, but the food and sweet server make up for it. The birria de borrego is authentic, with amazing consume and flavorful beans and rice. The salsa is the best in town, a little hot with a lot of flavor. Despite the small and slightly dirty setting, the traditional Mexican food is fantastic, with a huge bowl of flavorful pazole and perfectly cooked taco meat. The customer service lacks, but if you're looking for delicious food, Las Brisas is a great choice.
