Went on a Sunday night and made an order on the phone around 830pm because they close at 9pm. Got inside and the poor worker had a lobby full of people amd he had to decline some orders. BUT he had an airpod in one ear. Why do your workers have music in their ears?

Whoever is cooking these pizzas lately is not doing a good job. They're using way too much of the dough for the crust leaving very little dough left to be used for the rest of the pizza which makes it very thin and floppy. The crust looks great but it is not good they also need to make improvements on telling a customer 15 minutes and then the customer waiting 45 minutes for that pizza. This location needs to get its act together. It used to be my favorite location but has...

Ehh, it's ok better than frozen pizza. The workers don't have gloves on when taking the bread sticks off the trays. Never see them change gloves whn they touches surfaces other than the pizza. All around they need a better sanitary Procedure. And a better friendly atmosphere. That's at all location. Don't get me started on the one in neenah. Oh boy...
