I eat here at least once a week and usually do the pickup window. I've never had to wait longer than five minutes past the pick-up time and the order has always been correct and tasty. The staff seems nice, though my interactions are always short.

I spent $13.01 on the Beef Chow Mein and felt let down. The portion of beef was incredibly small; I had to go hunting for the meat. The taste doesn't justify the price when the ingredients are this sparse. Not a great value for the money.

I always come here because I love the Mac and cheese. I order it all the time. I did a pick up and order and andded an extra cheese sauce on the side and the amount they gave me didn’t even cover the bottom! I ordered it pretty early because (Sunday morning) I get not wanting to make an order so early but I payed for it. I should receive what I’m paying for. Usually this location is good about their portions. If you order early in the morning go to Oneida street or the mason street. The morning people here on Sunday do not care! I work at anduzis and get payed $4 an hour and would never allow a cook to do this to happen :)

Server was very rude, no patience for my granddaughter who was having trouble with her order. Then when I went to get a to go box he basically threw it at me. No thank you.
