I go here at least once per week for lunch at work for the last 2-3 months. The employees at this location are top notch! I usually order through the app and prepay so all I need to do is swing by and pick up my pie. This time, for some reason, the app decided to undo my prepay default, turning my order into a cash order without my knowledge. Every time I ordered from the packerland loation my order has shown up late. And not like 3-5 mins late. I schedule orders hours in advance every time, and they are always 20+ minutes late. Just this last time I ordered they were 45 mins late!!! Will NEVER be ordering from the packerland location again. Called HQ and complained their as well. Something needs to change with this location.
Apparently this location is now using Door Dash as a delivery service instead of their own drivers. When my pizza was delivered, they forgot to give the guy the sodas I ordered with my food, and did not give a receipt.
This is not the first time this has happened when ordering from this location.
Why is it so hard for your employees to get things right? 😕
