Parker John's BBQ & Pizza, Green Bay

Parker Johns isn't just a great restaurant. It's a premier restaurant, not just in Wisconsin, but in all of America.

If you like BBQ - it's phenomenal. I prefer the burnt ends (cheat code- get the brisket chili so you can have brisket both ways), but there is no wrong option.

If you need to try the best pizza in Wisconsin, get any pizza here. Seriously, any of them. I once got the wrong pizza delivered to me. They not only corrected their mistake, but also said I could keep the wrong pizza too - vegetarian - it was phenomenal. If you can turn veggies into Michelin starts, props to you.

Anyhow, couldn't recommend this place more. Their prices are great. I've never once regretted giving this place my business.

The food cost too much for the quality of food they give out this was my second time trying it. But most definitely will be the last. Takeout is always bad quality of food.

06/24/25 - Had a 20min wait, first time ever. (first time here, Menasha and Appleton locations) Seems very understaffed, dirty tables everywhere.

We come back at least once a month for Beth to be our server. She is absolutely amazing. She takes great care of us she is personable she makes us feel like friend and family and not so transactional of order taking and getting us out so she can make $5 bucks. She’s worth so much more than that though. She is timely, prompt, and always gives her tables her best. We come because it’s good food but she makes the experience better. We hate to see her go but we will definitely be visiting her at her new place of work. She’s a rockstar. Thanks for the great service Beth and it was a pleasure to get to know such a great personality. You are going to do great on the next journey. See you soon!

Food was great, atmosphere great, service great. When paying the bill, server asks “do you need change?” I find that so rude especially since there was almost $20 in change. If I want you to keep the change, I’ll say keep the change. Otherwise don’t ask. I did tip her well and fairly, despite her assuming she was entitled to one.

First time at Parker Johns. Hailey was an awesome waitress! As a native Texan with lots of brisket BBQ'ing experience, I can say this brisket was among the best I've tasted! Juicy and melt in our mouth delicious! We will be back!

Try to visit different restaurants when in Green Bay and love bbq so, there's that. Went on a Mon afternoon and wasn't busy so it was nice. Great place with lots to look at inside. Food, atmosphere and service was excellent! Had the armadillo eggs and the pit master. VERY GOOD!! Throw in a couple drinks on special and bobs your uncle. Will definitely return. Also, the Memphis Mop sauce is the bomb.
