can’t even get a simple family bundle meal correct. wrong amount of chicken, asked for ranch and recieved none. no napkins utensils. it’s so damn easy to do the basics. wish i could give 0 stars

Ok when you have been working all day... Just hangry and bro (jay) makes you not only laugh but makes sure your food is fresh, the place is clean, and my little one has ketchup! Jay needs to manage that place, you need more people that not only have a sense of humor but are real and happy to help thanks Popeyes for hiring people with personality!

Ordered chicken tenders and they tasted like fish. Dry and Luke warm. Fries were cold. Definitely won't be going there again. Waste of time and money

Didn’t get a receipt, and part of my order was missing (mac and cheese). Tried calling multiple times and no one answers — the phone just keeps ringing.

There were plenty of employees standing around when I was there a few minutes prior, so I don’t get why no one can pick up the phone. The support button on their website doesn’t even work either.

Overall, I got ripped off with no way to fix it.

Seriously though, its always something with this place. I try to be an understanding person but damn its not like this was free food. I paid for it, all of it. When I order a drink, I want ALL OF THE ALMOST 5 DOLLARS OF THAT DRINK. Filling my large cup to the near top with ice is just wrong. Is Popeyes trying to save money here and just bei g cheap? They didnt send my wife's mashed potatoes either. Everytime I order either a size is wrong, or it's missing something. Again yeah sounds like some dumb stuff to complain about but its not like im getting that money back. I order food for the convenience. There is NOTHING convenient about a messed up order. Getting an order correct to the T isn't hard. Its your job. If this was a one or two time thing then whatever but this is ALL THE TIME.

Jared the manger there is really rude and not a good manger. The one time I went there I asked for 5pc blacken tenders and when I was waiting they gave me an 5pc spicy tender also I heard the manger say some not so nice things to an employee

The food (shrimp, chicken, bread, fries, and dessert) was great, the staff was friendly. The mango iced tea was great too. We received the food pretty quickly too. I liked that you can get flavors on the wings.

Unfortunately not the best. Popeyes is usually great, but our drive through experience was anything but. They didn't give us our side of fried pickles, they gave us the wrong dipping sauce, we asked for spicy chicken tenders and got regular and the fries were cold and soggy. Don't know if we just showed up at the end of the lunch rush and we got the old leftovers, but it was very disappointing. Won't be going back to this restaurant in a long time, if ever.
