Food is almost always great, however it’s 50/50 if I get the silverware needed to enjoy the sides. I always check the bag when in drive through.

One of the order takers tried stealing from us last night. Ordered 4 sandwiches and 2 fries. She never repeated the order and never gave me a total. Just told to pull up to the window.Get to the window was told the total was $25.36. I had her cash. She takes 5 min shuffling in the register to get my change. No receipt yet. Told fries will take longer and to pull ahead. Another 10 min rolls by and a big bag of food comes out. Great. I’m down the road a bit and my wife says there’s only 2 sandwiches in there…. I go back wait in line at the drive there again cuz the lobby was closed.I get back up to the window and the same girl looks mortified to see me back. Before I can say anything she say you had 4 sandwiches right? I says yes, she apologized and went and told a different guy to make two sandwiches. They are seen arguing because these two sandwiches are not on the order board. I get my food and drive away.I feel like she took my order correctly any purposely left two sandwiches off when she rang it up. Took my money for the 4 sandwiches and pocketed the difference hoping I wouldn’t come back for the missing food.This place is shady, watch out and always demand a receipt!

I got the tenders dinner on Doordash, on a Friday mind you. The food was decent but my "tenders" looked like they were grilled chicken strips that were half done correctly. The only reason I'm going to bother to eat them is because they're paid for and I don't feel like driving over there. Not worth the money.

I entered the building with only two people ordering in front of me. It took 15 minutes for them to order because the staff would just walk away.When it was my turn to order the staff just stared at me. "Not even a hello" or "how can I help you?". I ordered two easy combo meals and before I could asked for a recipe the staff just walked away. I then went to the dining area.All the tables were dirty and so was the floor. Over the next 35 minutes I watched several people try to order but leave due to the poor and slow service. One guy that waited too long just walked over to a "take out order" and take it without looking at it. He yelled "thanks for the free food. Worth the 20 minute wait". I finally got my food after that time. The two people ahead of me also had a large wait.50 minutes after entering the building I was able to take my first bite. Not much for fast but the food was good. The 5 people working the back did a good job.

The food was supposed to be late but the guy who was working and took my order at 11:55 on the 21st of March handled the situation like an absolute pro and should get the credit he deserves for it. Me and my girlfriend normally dislikes going to Popeyes however after this experience I can say we will more than likely be frequent customers thanks to people like him
I was at your restaurant today all the employees were out side smoking at 10:05am all the employees went inside closed the door we figured we were the first customers we wanted to go inside and eat the doors said it opened at 10:00am the employees could've told us if they weren't working yet or something we left 3 people very confused hungry people
Ordered thru uber eats, they screwed up my order completely got wrong drink, spicy sandwich instead of regular snd completely missed my fish sandwich. And called them no answer, welp not coming here anymore.

This food sucked. Mac and cheese was nasty and I ask for all dark meat and I got white meat. My door dash driver specifically asked and she was ignored multiple times. Nobody answered the phone I called 7 times. If you hate ur job don’t work there
