It really is a great chicken sandwich! Good fries too!! They are doing a good job with the long lines of waiting customers. If you call about 20 minutes ahead they'll take your order to pick up. Avoids the wait. Update: disappointing today. Long wait in the drive thru and when I finally got to the window they said it would be another 10 minutes because of a car 2 spots ahead of me! We ordered from the drive thru. The fries were ok, the chicken and shrimp tasted like they were cooked in old oil, the chicken was dry and overcooked. The breading was quite thick, and didn’t taste good. They did not include any of the sauces we requested.

The food was supposed to be late but the guy who was working and took my order at 11:55 on the 21st of March handled the situation like an absolute pro and should get the credit he deserves for it. Me and my girlfriend normally dislikes going to Popeyes however after this experience I can say we will more than likely be frequent customers thanks to people like him
