Pho
Lao style rice noodle soup. Rice noodle in oxtail broth with sliced steak, brisket, tripe, and meatballs topped with chopped green onions and cilantro. Served with basil leaves, bean sprout, jalapenos, and lime wedge.
Pad Thai
Stir-fried thin rice noodles with egg, bean sprouts, green onions, crushed Peanuts, and a choice of meat. Served with lime wedge.
Kua Khao
Stir-fried rice with eggs, carrots, peas, onion, and a choice of meat.
Pad Phet
Stir fry red curry. Sauteed green and red bell peppers, green beans, onion, basil leaves in coconut curry sauce and a choice of meat. Served with jasmine rice.
Pad See Ew
Sweet soy sauce noodles. Stir-fried wide rice noodles with eggs, carrots, onions, broccoli, and a choice of meat.
Larb Seen
Beef salad. Sliced beef and honeycomb with roasted rice powder, ground chili tossed in traditional savory dressing, chopped green onions, cilantro, and mint. Served with lettuce, cucumber and sticky rice or jasmine rice.
Tum Mak Hoong
Lao papaya salad. Shredded green papaya, carrots, cherry tomato, lime, lao chilies in traditional sweet and tangy dressing served with lettuce.

We Tried this place yesterday first time, we were impressed by how clean it was, the choice of menu and then we got our food served to us, it was like a trip to Thailand! So delicious! Bountiful and relaxing. Love it!

The food is perfect. Staff are lovely. We had the Khao Poon Gai and the Drunken Noodle - both fantastic! I wish I lived closer to Green Bay just so I could eat here regularly. Will return and bring friends

The little blue diner appears very unassuming.
Inside, everything is set up to be efficient. Each table has its own array of all the sauces 1 would need for pho or a dish. They even had a sugar bowl, which made my heart happy, lol !! We all had something different, and the food was phenomenal!!! Would gice them 100 stars!!!
