Ordered a veggie bowl. First appearance was fine. Took a bite. Bit down on a raw piece of rice that literally broke my tooth. I continued to sift through the bowl and realized it was wet and soggy and that I would rather lick a sidewalk than eat this.

Absolutely AWFUL service! A young girl was yelling, and swearing at a costomer to go through the drive thru & there was glass ALL over. She continued to swear at this costumer saying she cleaned the glass up, but there was TONS of glass left. Also when it was my time to pull up and pay and grab my order, they said is your order the one with the 2 fiesta potatoes & I said yes! I was missing both potatoes and 2 tacos! I tried calling a few times and no one would answer.

Paid 8$ for 2 large freezies and got smalls/mediums with it not full. Just kinda sucks. And nacho fries had no nacho seasoning on them
Turn on your A/c it’s 85 in your store, i had to help someone order because the employees were not willing to help him order on the kiosk

Where's Taco Bell ever been to they usually screw up my order places usually pretty dirty and now they will not even take your order in person they make you go to the kiosk sorry I bothered you when you were working that's how I feel every time I come here they'll never be back again and I own property right around it so it's a very inconvenient

Went to go get food at 4:20 pm they don't close till 3 am both doors locked no signage on either door, knocked on the window to get a nearby workers attention, turned around and walked away, went to walk through the drive through no answer. They obviously dont want people's money
