Stopped at this Taco Bell again and had the usual issue. When I order a cheesy bean and rice burrito, they almost always forget the jalapeno sauce, like the burrito is only meant to have cheese, beans, and rice. This time I asked for red sauce on three burritos and Diablo sauce on the side. Instead, I got none of it — no red sauce, no jalapeno sauce, and no Diablo packets. Just three dry burritos. Not the end of the world, but it’s a consistent problem, and it gets old. A little attention to the orders would go a long way.

Michael, the drive-thru attendant, had excellent customer service! He was very friendly and helpful when I placed my order. Great experience overall!
Nothing was labeled to say what was what so we had to open up everything and dig through to make sure who had what. That's ridiculous we shouldn't have to open everything to figure out who's is who's!
