The food was great but the service was sub-par. I attempted to place an order the night before for pickup but they declined taking the order ahead of time. I was told I could come at 11 and the food would be ready in 20 minutes. I said I would have 8 orders. I showed up and there was no one to take my order. I waited 10 minutes, then was told to order at the bar. My order was taken, when I paid- I attempted to confirm the order was correct as the bill was less than anticipated...
Excellent place to eat while at the Oneida casino. The food is extremely good, it’s clean, they have a bar on site. The fries and burgers are really excellent too.The prices are not as steep as you think they would be in a casino. I was humbly surprised. They offer takeout to which I suppose is nice if you lose a few bucks at the casino and need some comfort food.The wait times are sometimes long, and sometimes quick. They do call your order over the PA system though throughout...
