We had great food and drinks. Our server, Sophia, was very attentive to our every need. Would highly recommend her and Tuscon's overall for your next dinner out.

I visited with a small group of friends and we were seated in the bar area. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing due to poor service.

While the food was acceptable, the service was extremely lacking. We waited over 30 minutes just to receive our drink orders. When our food arrived, there was no follow-up from staff. I had to wait approximately 10 minutes before receiving silverware for my tuna dish. Additionally, our water glasses remained empty throughout the meal, and no one checked on our beverage refills despite all of us running dry.

Overall, the subpar service significantly detracted from what could have been an enjoyable dining experience with friends.

Always fantastic service. Good food and not an overwhelming menu. Spicy shrimp tacos and rice were excellent. It's got some heat to it!

Went for prime rib special... it was amazing wouldn't think of a place like this for prime rib but will definitely back. Price is good and so is food and bartender

Kathie S. our server was full of smiles and really knows her job! Better come hungry, I ordered the #4 combination dinner and the white chicken chili, all were outstanding but I had to take the burrito home and I can eat a lot! We will definitely be back, highly recommend this place!!!

The owner really cares about customers’ experience at the restaurant. He sat us personally and checked on us several times throughout our dining experience. Our waitress was very friendly, helpful, and fast with our service. The food was very tasty and good quality for the price. this was a great experience and we will definitely be back. We highly recommend this restaurant if you are in the area.

What a welcome surprise. We were traveling through Green Bay and happened upon Tuscon's Southwest Grill. Great food, atmosphere and service. The chicken chili and queso were excellent. Very reasonably priced.

Good service by servers and host. Terrible hearing the bald guy who my server said was the “manager Steve” yell at people behind the wall and was completely rude. Other than that the girls did amazing & the man bartender.

The food is incredibly “fine” my burrito was cold in the middle. I also watched whoever Steve was completely berate someone at the host stand
