The burgers and ice cream treats are excellent. From the oreo scramble to the grasshopper pie, to a raspberry sundae. Absolutely delicious!

On a very hot day their ice cream hit the spot!

Walked in to an almost empty place with 3 cars in the drive through. My grand daughter and I waited at the counter as five teens were working and looking right at us. None of them said a word to us. After about 3 minutes of standing at the counter we left. Seems odd that the business owner would want five teens working your establishment with zero oversight. We will not be back as this was very similar to our first visit. I can’t rate the food because we never got a chance to order it.

The custard was awesome! We stopped on a really hot day and the custard sundaes were so enjoyable. The interior is retro diner and seems to make customers a bit nostalgic. I'll be stopping back when I'm through the area again so I can try more of the menu.

11 out of 10 times this place messes up my order. No longer going here. Culver’s it is. These teenage girls need to pay attention to the customers and not their friends and phones.

I am so disappointed. This used to be my favorite custard place but something is going on with them and their custard and service are NOT GOOD anymore. I ordered 3 pints of custard, one flavor of the day, and 2 past flavors and a waffle cone. Got to the window and they were out of waffle cones. Fine. Drove all the way home and found they gave me the 2 old flavors...which were both freezer burned with chunky ice crystals thru them, and instead of the current flavor of the day, I got vanilla. Called and they told me the only thing they could do is exchange them. So drove all the way back and simply asked for a refund. Didn't want their old freezer burned flavors and didnt want to pay for 3 pints of the current flavor when I could have gotten 2 full quarts for the same price. No apology. No courtesy freebie for my time and gas. Just 10 minutes of waiting for them to find my receipt so they could refund me. Recommendation? Drive the 2 blocks to culvers. They are always consistent there. I hate putting down a local business in favor of a chain but I was beyond annoyed with the entire experience.

The atmosphere was great like a 50s dinner, and the service was top tier. Entire high school team came in before use and we still had our food in a timely matter. The food was pretty good, I enjoyed the cheeseburger with deep fried pickle spears. Portions were a little small for the price but besides that I think they deserve 5 stars on all other merits

The best custard around!! My son loved his meal was severed in a paper corvette. Such a cool atmosphere!! We will be back!

Food was good, but the service, after seeing what happened to another customer... something needs to be done with training. The employee even admitted to screwing up, but they were just horrible to the customer. 6/7/26 around 6pm.
And the talking behind the customer's back was heard by everyone.

Simple order ice cream and chips, sat in the drive through for 15 minutes no one checked on us or explained the delay. Drove off without our complete order. Only car in the drive through lobby had a few people inside.

tried to go through the drive through, was told they’d be with me shortly, waited at least 10 minutes, cars started lining up behind me, a few people behind me left first, then I of course got sick of waiting. I pull around and see all workers just standing there by the window. Not sure what the actual wait was, but they definitely lost a lot of business.
