Everytime I come to Southridge mall I always have to stop here because the pretzels are so good! The employees are always super nice and today in particular the worker that helped me was Natasha, she was super friendly and her service was very fast. I will continue coming to this location!

Tried to order pepperoni pretzel and the girl working just pointed to the case and said “this is all we have”. She didn’t even offer to make them, or give me a wait time. Mind you it was a weekday and not busy at all. She even was talking with her coworker about how slow it was. So lazy

would of done 0 stars rated if it was an option. And can't even rate the food because I wasn't able to try it! I was hopeing for a fresh nice baked pretzel. Before I came I looked at there hours. It said they were open. When I come it says they will be back at 6. It is now 6:10 and I am still waiting. Very dissipointing!

Thank goodness the two young women behind the counter are so friendly and sweet. 2 pretzels left. No nuggets. No lemonade. Nothing else. No dough to make more which was what I asked. Got the last 2 pretzels just cause I can't not have one when at the mall. Very disappointed we couldn't enjoy what we wanted. Also, the counter that customers stand in front of moves at the slightest touch. I'm glad I caught myself and didn't fall. That's a lawsuit waiting to happen. GM might need some new training as I can't imagine he needed 2 employees on tonight with no product to sell. Guess he isn't worried about labor cost or losing employees. No one wants to stand for hours with nothing to do and nothing to sell.

Apparently, cream cheese and cheese dip taste the same. And I'm not supposed to notice that I ordered one and I received the other but I doubt that if I got the right one it would have made any difference. Because that Pretzel was cold and rubbery. This location has gone downhill. This is a one-star review but only because the option to put a negative star wasn't available.

Workers are rude and lazy and give me bs excuses as to why they can’t make mini pretzel dogs or regular pretzel dogs . Today it was we close in 10 mins well they take 10 mins so what’s the problem?? This place has gone so down hill

This location is garbage. The employees are rude and hate their jobs. They NEVER have anything made. MAYBE will have 2 cups of pretzels in the case and will say “that’s it, we’re not making more” mind you it’s 11 am.
