I recently visited and truly impressed me, not just with its delicious drinks but also with its outstanding customer service. They took the time to explain the menu when I asked a question.
I decided to try their snowy milk with caramel and boba, and it did not disappoint! The boba were fresh and chewy, adding the perfect texture.
Overall, this boba store is amazing! If you're looking for a place with fantastic drinks and even better service, I highly recommend stopping by. I can't wait to return and try more flavors!

I love Bubblelicious!!! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about their drinks. I wasn't sure what to try, and they helped me with a raspberry black tea. It was so refreshing. I will definitely be back.

The decrease in quality of the boba teas is highly noticeable. This place used to be much better.

Every drink that we have ordered over the past year and a half has had the same issue. Clear syrup at the bottom, and milk on the top, I don’t know if there’s a change in recipe or something else, but the drinks do not taste good anymore. Every drink tastes the same, even when told to mix everything together.

I am not paying $7+ for milk and syrup, and I only come here because my children like them.

We recently decided to never come back, but it was once our favorite snack at the mall. They just don’t do their job anymore. They don’t mix the ingredients, then tell us to do it. How!? It’s a full drink with all the flavor syrup at the very bottom. We drink a portion of it unmixed so we can use the straw and TRY mixing it ourselves… and we paid for this crap. This happens EVERY TIME now! Also got a potted plant drink once at this location and it had no toppings, which is the whole point of its name! We also had an issue with another location not mixing the ingredients, so we wonder if the entire franchise has given up.

Went there and tried to pay with Apple Pay apparently something went wrong and they weren’t able to charge me but I got charged on my card so I told them I got charged the employee called the manager and said we don’t have transaction and it will automatically go back on my card. Gladly I tried to pay one more time and it worked!! I had to wait a lot, there was something wrong on their end. But as a faithful customer, they should have the given me the drink as I go there every other day. Owner is rude too
