Went there and tried to pay with Apple Pay apparently something went wrong and they weren’t able to charge me but I got charged on my card so I told them I got charged the employee called the manager and said we don’t have transaction and it will automatically go back on my card. Gladly I tried to pay one more time and it worked!! I had to wait a lot, there was something wrong on their end. But as a faithful customer, they should have the given me the drink as I go there every other day. Owner is rude too

I have been hooked on boba and this place has the best so far! Drink size is the same across the board, easiest to order and so many options! I always get the Thai milk tea with boba, other flavors are very milk and sugar based so far. It is a sweeter mix but not the sweetest I’ve come across, I think it’s a perfect treat. Boba is big and chewy, I’ve only had one time where it wasn’t as fresh and it’s still very good. They only take card and it can be a bit hectic when it’s busy but it has always been smooth transactions for me. The wait time is usually 5-10 mins depending on how busy it is, but so worth it!

Horrible service, went there today, waited and waited for them to assist me. When i finally approached her she said she couldn’t help me because she had a lot of drinks to make and it was only her and another person. I was the only one there and nobody else was waiting or standing in line to order. After 10 minutes of waiting I finally asked if she could help and she told me no and said she was busy making drinks but no other customers were around. Was very rude to me.

Tried it once and it was awful. So awful that the Mishawaka location was threatening the better-selling Icy Bar kiosk to the point it got shut down. I will never go here, and you shouldn't either.

Mishawaka location Worst tea I ever tried. It was absolutely disgusting, I had to throw it out. Waste of money. The manager is also very unprofessional, the stuff seem like they could care less about being there. They are super slow even when there was no body else in line or waiting. I understand now why this place always has no line. I should've trusted what I been told. Everyone told me it wasn't good but I wanted to see for myself. Had my drink remade and it somehow managed to taste even worse. I don't know how this place has any good reviews. Unless it's the staff giving 5 stars or the managers friends. I feel bad for the staff honestly. Probably beung forced to wrote fake reviews. I've heard story's from past staff members saying they were treated terribly by the manager and it's a highly toxic work environment and they can't keep employees. Remember a place is only as good as they treat their employees. There are so many better tea places like Icy bar which I just found out that this place got them shut down. Also theres a place on Edison that's good as well

This is for their location in Mishawaka, Indiana inside the University Park Mall. I went there after I realized Icy Bar (a long time boba shop inside the mall) was closed and I still wanted some boba so I went here. The workers look miserable and unhappy like they didn't want to be there. The service was quick but yet again there was no one there and then I realized why. The boba I ordered was gross, it left a bad taste in my mouth and was just very distasteful. While Icy Bar would $5-$7, Bubblicious charges $7-10 for worse quality boba. Complete honesty, it was still the worst boba I've ever had. And I ordered a regular brown sugar milk tea with tapioca, which is a very basic drink in boba shops. I reached out to one of the owners of the Icy Bar Boba Shop since its a favorite in this mall and we were informed the manager of Bubblicious HARRASSED them out of the mall. Simply because Icy Bar would out sell Bubblicious. So not only is the boba gross, the employees look miserable and exhausted, the environment is just negative, the manager of this establishment apparently like to harass family owned competitors instead of using real marketing and business methods to improve their services. Definitely will NEVER give them my time of day again and will definitely spread the word about this. Bubblicious, I sincerely hope that you train your managers better because this poor business practice is the type to bring a negative reputation to ALL your other stores. Unless this type of behavior is acceptable on your turns, please do better.

Appleton, Wisconsin It was busy so definitely understandable if orders take longer to fill but not over 40 minutes for 2 drinks. Order numbers were called out but not in order. An order placed well after ours with 4+ drinks was made ready before ours. Customers waiting for their drinks started asking other customers what their order number was because they were all noticing a bunch of new orders going out. When we finally got our drinks, my drink tasted like rotten milk.

Could not find this place anywhere in the mall and wasted half an hour doing so. I walked the entirety of both floors. When asking other workers around the mall, many said they had never seen the place. If it does exist, they need better signs to find it.

Visited for the first time, and ordered a large taro boba and asked to pay for a scoop of the rainbow boba on the side of my drink. The employees stated that the owner will absolutely NOT, allow them to put a scoop of any boba on the side! Even if we paid extra? They are instructed that they can’t scoop anything on the side? They stated it doesn’t matter if other establishments do that, they don’t and that the owner will not allow it ever? The staff was quite short and expressed they (just work there and don’t make the rules?) When asked if there was someone we could speak with to clarify, they said leave a review?? That is odd? ??‍♀️ I would suggest visiting the Tokyo hut in the food court instead! Better prices and much better service!

My drink had a hair in it ! Extremely nasty, when i informed the staff of the hair in my drink they completely dismissed me. This is terrible keeping in fact that we spent so much at this place, do not come to this place unless you want your drink with hair in it and a terrible service,

The service is super bad don’t even waste your time going to this place. the ladies that assisted me not only overcharged me but they were extremely rude. I was charged $2 for extra caramel and when they made my drink it didn’t even have extra caramel so when I went back to ask why my drink didn’t have extra caramel they were so rude and demanded an extra $1 for the extra caramel so my drink want over $10 just for one drink. And my drink didn’t even have a plastic lid on it. So I recommend for you all to stay away from this place.
