Chick-fil-A always delivers a great experience! I stopped by today around 3 PM, and while the lines were long, I placed a mobile order from the parking lot and had my food ready in just 5 minutes—super convenient!
I also tried the peppermint frosted coffee, and it was pretty great. The peppermint chips added a fun crunch and a perfect holiday twist. Next time, I’ll definitely add some whipped cream on top to make it even better. Quick service, delicious food, and seasonal treats—what’s not to love? Highly recommend!
They're fine, better than K.F.C., they have a good formula and while slightly pricey, good.

0 stars. Customer service here is a JOKE found bugs under my sandwich. Contacted to get a refund and was met with disgusting attitudes more gross than the bugs. Not even worth the trouble to talk to these people who could careless about their trashy restaurant. Never returning. Stay away from this dump!

On September 20th, 2024 @8:15pm we got attended by a worker at the drive thru with a poor attitude. We handed her a $100 bill not knowing it could not be accepted. If she would have just said “sorry we can’t accept $100 bill” we would be understanding but her adding “there are multiple signs as you drive in”. We are wondering where are the multiple signs located? I wish she would have just been nicer and not make us feel dumb. We always have a good experience but today was not.
I’ve always had positive experiences with Chick-fil-A, so today's encounter was quite surprising. I debated whether to write this review, but I feel it might help others who have faced a similar situation.
My partner and I visited the drive-thru and ordered two meals, clearly specifying our drink preferences. However, when we received our order, it was incomplete—we were only given one drink, one order of fries, and two sandwiches. Upon noticing the error, we politely mentioned that we were missing an additional drink and fries. The drive-thru cashier and their coworker discussed the issue and, in a noticeably accusatory tone, responded, "Well, it wasn’t on the order."
When my partner requested that the missing items be added, they were asked what drink they wanted and then asked to pay again. It felt as though we were being doubted over something as simple as a miscommunication regarding our order. After paying for the missing drink, we waited for the fries, only for the cashier to ask moments later if we needed anything else. When we mentioned the fries again, they stated, "Well, I didn’t ring you up for those." At this point, we were both confused and disappointed by how we were being treated. My partner decided it wasn’t worth the hassle of paying for another mistake, so we left with an incomplete order.
Chick-fil-A is known for its exceptional customer service, but this location appears to be an exception. The accusatory tone from the staff, coupled with making us pay for their oversight and still failing to complete our order, was frustrating. We won’t be returning to this location in the future and urge others to save their time and money from visiting this location.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Unacceptable customer service. Our order was incorrect and when I tried to make it right I was told I had to drive thru the entire line again. Pathetic. I'm sorry how hard is it to read a list and match the items to the correct orders?
Not sure if they struggled to get good employees. Six people behind the register, maybe two working and two on their phones. Plus I’ve never been told to wait outside a Canes to go in…apparently for to full. The seating inside was not even half full so that made no sense. The music inside was blasting so loud I had to shout my order for her to hear me. Classic good food but man this location needs help.
