This place is always clean but it’s also mostly crowded in the morning time. Wish the place was a lil bigger. The food is always great ! Love that this place serves very healthy food.

Happy with our first experience here. Seated right away, food came quick and was delicious. We're already talking about coming back to try other menu items. The only weird thing was that we were seated at a table that wasn't fully cleaned off yet when there were many open tables. A bus boy came and wiped it off very quickly so it was fine but why not put us somewhere else?

Went to this place inly twice in a year. Both times we walked in and waited for no one to seat us. This time (Satyrday morning, 12-20-25)we finally had to go into the kitchen to find both hostesses on thier phones. Embarrassed, and now obvoiusly reluctant to serve us we were seated at a booth with no apologies. We're done with this place. It's too bad because the food is always great. Hoping to find better service next time at the Honey Berry Pancake House right up the street on 76th.

I just wanted a bowl of tomato basil soup. It came with a skin on top and very thick. Taste was outstanding. Not what a got the last time I was there.

Food is always top ten! If you come here, you need to get the million dollar bacon! The coffee drinks are amazing, the food is delectable, and the restaurant is so cute and warm. I will say, there's been a few times that customer service just wasn't up there. Whether it's forgetting to bring us basic things like water after we ask or forgetting to take our order after 15 minutes (when we're only one of her two tables), there has been a struggle. Still, this is definitely a place you need to come!
Met family here after a graduation and had great service from Olivia, and great, unique breakfasts that came quickly, hot and delicious.
I had the lemon ricotta pancakes with strawberries and sides of turkey, sausage, and egg over easy. Never had that combination in pancakes before … so good! Atmosphere was attractive and well kept, just a little busy and noisier with a table next to the kitchen entry. Highly recommended nonetheless.

Food was excellent! Server Bell brought us dirty water glasses, brought us food and never came back to our table until she brought the bill, when asking for a bigger container she grunted and rolled her eyes and slammed new container down. Kitchen started jamming their music so loud that we couldn’t even talk.

Carryout order of soup and sandwich were very disappointing for the price paid. I could have gone to the deli at sendak's and gotten a soup and sandwich or Panera more substantial then what I was provided. The cup of soup was only 1/2 full for both items ordered and tasted like they scraped the bottom of the kettle and the sandwich was poorly made, falling apart, just thrown in the to go containers. Very dissatisfied. Way too costly for what was provided. Hmmm, still waiting for a response or reply per the request of first watch....its been 3 plus weeks. Real genuine concern by them.
After a month, still no reply from the owner after contacting him or her per their requested outline response to the original post. Appears to be an ungenuine concern portrayed by an unconcerned proprietor. Will not step foot in another First Watch. Awful and fake customer service.

We've been coming to this place since it opened and everything was great until today. Food and service was great except the lady at the host stand area with black hair and black glasses. When we entered we asked to sit in a booth by the window but also we asked for a high chair for the baby. She looked us with a nasty attitude and she told us that we are getting a booster sit because we are blocking the area and I told her that we always do that but also there's so much space and it wouldn't be a problem. She just dropped our menus never looked at us while I was talking and she left running. She went to the host area talked to the busser to give us the booster but I denied it until another lady came with a high chair. All this for what? Next time have a better attitude and be nice to people it doesn't cost anything🙂
