Carryout order of soup and sandwich were very disappointing for the price paid. I could have gone to the deli at sendak's and gotten a soup and sandwich or Panera more substantial then what I was provided. The cup of soup was only 1/2 full for both items ordered and tasted like they scraped the bottom of the kettle and the sandwich was poorly made, falling apart, just thrown in the to go containers. Very dissatisfied. Way too costly for what was provided. Hmmm, still waiting for a response or reply per the request of first watch....its been 3 plus weeks. Real genuine concern by them.
After a month, still no reply from the owner after contacting him or her per their requested outline response to the original post. Appears to be an ungenuine concern portrayed by an unconcerned proprietor. Will not step foot in another First Watch. Awful and fake customer service.

We've been coming to this place since it opened and everything was great until today. Food and service was great except the lady at the host stand area with black hair and black glasses. When we entered we asked to sit in a booth by the window but also we asked for a high chair for the baby. She looked us with a nasty attitude and she told us that we are getting a booster sit because we are blocking the area and I told her that we always do that but also there's so much space and it wouldn't be a problem. She just dropped our menus never looked at us while I was talking and she left running. She went to the host area talked to the busser to give us the booster but I denied it until another lady came with a high chair. All this for what? Next time have a better attitude and be nice to people it doesn't cost anything🙂

Had the New Prosciutto on sourdough. Sad the bread was about 4 inch by 2. For the price? Tasted great but there should have been 2 pieces on plate. Wish I took a picture as I've never seen sourdough bread that small. The waitresses brought us an end piece of bread to show us the size? Like we where ignorant. Then brought check? Guess where done. That price definitely not worth it.

My wife and I have quite enjoyed the food, and going to several of the other First Watches around town. The staff work well, and have been friendly. However, this afternoon I took my mother and the meal was fine as normal. But as we were waiting at the register to pay, the door guy, or whatever he is, was speaking the a delivery person of some sort. Waiting, my mother asked, why were waiting so long. I asked the door guy if we could have some service. He's standing three feet away from us. He glared at me, of course. Because, after all, when ignored customers trying to pay their bill ask for service, that's what one should do. Glare at them. He said, in a very cultured and dignified manner, "Gimme a minute." And had one of the girls check us out. Let's just say I'm not surprised at all. I'm not sure what this guy's role is in your organization, but I didn't appreciate his rudeness and unprofessional form. I won't be back to this specific First Wacth again, because of it.

Hubby loves the Pesto Chicken Quinoa power bowl with 2 eggs on top.
The Red Medicine juice with cranberry and pomegranate served with a cinnamon stick is our favorite so far.

I usually go there early in the morning usually by 7:15 7:30 just to beat the crowds and it's always nice and quiet at that time in the morning the servers are great the food's good I especially really like their breakfast potatoes
