Everything was on point, staff, very knowledgeable and talkative even though they were busy, waited for nothing. Food was really good, wife and I both had steak.
Desert was also exceptional. Went for our anniversary and didn't regret going.

Our waiter (I forget his name) was absolutely hilarious and had us laughing the entire time. The food.... My god it was delicious. My steak was perfectly cooked, the seafood platter was tasty, and the cheese curds were absolutely delicious. Just all around 10/10 taste with everything. It was definitely a pricey dinner but we knew that going in. Highly recommend!

we were expecting a lot more from a renowned establishment. our service was great, but everything else was underwhelming. i can appreciate a supper club remaining traditional to wisconsin culture, but for those prices, we were expecting more decadent and robust flavors. everything fell flat and one-note. the sides were not prepared with much regard, they felt like an after-thought.

Stopped here for wife’s birthday and ate at the bar (we liked the look and feel of the bar area). This place does high end supper club well. Service here impressive and is something you would get at every Bartolotta restaurant. Had happy hour at the bar with two brandy old fashions, raw beef and onions, steak bites and onion rings. All the food was delicious and the Friday seafood platter was a fun upscaled version of a Friday bar fish fry.

Really want to call out the mixologist who waited on us at the bar (Madelyn) she really made the entire night for us. I tried to quietly cheers my wife for her birthday and she is hyper aware of what’s going on around her. She brought out a surprise birthday dessert and Brandy Alexander shooter. She knew my wife wanted to try a Brandy Alexander but wouldn’t be able to with the extra dessert. This is far above and beyond excellent service.

Madelyn made a quiet quick birthday stop a fun and memorable night for us. I can see us stopping here for happy hour more often since the happy hour prices are so reasonable for the quality of food and drinks. Thanks Joey Gerard’s :)

Horrible food, service was subpar. Party of 12 celebrating my 60th birthday. Had reservations for a couple of weeks in advance. Everyone had an issue with their steaks. Cold, overcooked and down right tasted and smelled like old meat. Potatoes and carrots were cold too. After returning my steak to the kitchen for a new one, it tasted a bit better but had to take it to go as every one at the table was done eating. Relish tray consisted of soup crackers in individual wrapping and a scoop of cheese spread on a plate. Best part of the meal was the birthday cake we brought in and paid $35.00 to have it cut up. Never asked if we needed more drinks. People from my party went to the bar themselves and bought their own drinks. Was not comped for anything but made to feel like we were over reacting! Overall bill was around $1,300.00 not including the extra drinks ordered from the bar. Never again!

Prime rib is incredible!!! Steaks were a little overcooked but still delicious. Creme Brule is decadent, and service was stellar!

This dining experience was outstanding. Sophie was our waitress and gave us exceptional service beyond what was required. The 18 oz filet melted in your mouth and the lazy susan was the perfect appetizer. The ambiance was everything you would expect from a popular Supper Club.

It was ok - steaks were pricey and undercooked. Would like to see more menu options. Most supper clubs provide the relish tray at no charge - our group was disappointed it wasn't provided. Has plenty of room to grow and improve.

We were celebrating our daughter and son in laws anniversary. They were greeted with a card and gifted with a candle bearing dessert at the end of the meal. They were so thrilled. Nice touch ? Thank you for helping to make it special for them. Wayne and Cathy Petrick

Don’t know what happened. This had been our go to place for many years as a “ good bye family gathering” for when my family and I return to Wisconsin. My mom treats every time. This year there were many mix ups with the sauces and worse with the cooking time of the steak. We might give it a try next year one last time , but it seems that so far the family consensus is that we won’t :(

So my wife and I went here for our anniversary dinner and everything was disappointing. Even tried to contact JG through email so as to avoid a review, no response. I got a side of mashed potatoes, and it had a few small chunks of under cooked hard potatoes, and one huge chunk bigger than any of the cheese curds we got. I didn't bring this up as our server did nothing about my burger, therefore I assumed the same for the potatoes.

Everything was pretty underwhelming or bad. I got a burger, it was tasteless and they put the wrong cheese on. Told the server, and nothing was done to rectify it. My wife got a steak, and it was not cooked to how she asked. I understand it takes skill to cook anything other than well done, but when the server says "steak and chops are what we're known for" you expect them to know how to cook a steak.

This would be underwhelming for a chain steak restaurant like Outback, but JG is 2x to 3x more expensive, I expect better service and quality. But the real cherry on top was that they couldn't even respond to my email.

A marvelous supper club atmosphere! Complimentary “mini” schaum tortes for 2 birthday diners was a nice touch! Sophie was a delightful server! We had a variety of entrees to fit everyone's palettes! From a burger to steaks, and a yummy seafood soup, everything was delicious! Well paced and beautifully prepared! Because this is a high-end Bartolotta restaurant, it is expensive to eat here (where is it not expensive these days?), so will only be on our list for special occasions. But well worth the visit! There are a few menu items that are smaller portions and less costly (check out their “tavern fare”on their website)! Eat in the bar area for a less formal atmosphere than main dining rooms! All in all, a most memorable meal with our very best friends from Chicago!

Great dining experience at Joey Gerard's supper club. My mom joined me for a lovely birthday dinner. We started with the Crab Artichoke Dip and an Old Fashioned of course. We shared the 8oz Classic Filet Mignon with a side of garlic mashed potatoes and roasted mushrooms. We each ordered a "combo" to add an order of grilled gulf shrimp (mom) and pan-roasted sea scallops (me). All of that was paired with a fantastic red blend wine from California and the name escapes me; it was the selection of the day. Dinner was divine along with our amazing waitress. It was a perfect way to celebrate!

We were excited to try Joey Gerard's, hoping (as the name implies) it would be a modern take on a typical Wisconsin supper club. Instead, we got a rather typical steakhouse. The service was attentive in white coats, but the food was just lackluster and...typical. We shared a wedge salad and had the ribeye steak. The meal was fine. I guess we just had hoped for more.
