Sadly, we’re done here. First strike was them running out of stuffed crust cheese that we still paid for. Second strike was them not stuffing the crust again that we paid for. Third was them running out of pasta and red sauce. What kind of Italian place runs out of pasta and red sauce. We ain’t in 2020 again yet!

My family frequented Klasianas for years. Favorites included their Chicago style pizza, the Italian sausage supreme, and my mom enjoyed the fried chicken dinner. Mom received a Klasianas gift card and wanted to treat my husband and I with her to enjoy a pizza. They would not honor the gift card, gave us thin soggy crust instead of original crust we ordered and the overall taste was nothing like it had been in the past. We will not go back.

The girl on the phone let me order a deep dish pizza that they no longer serve. I arrived and told them they made the wrong pizza, it was supposed to be a deep dish. She then told me they no longer serve deep dish but she doesn’t know the difference anyway. I left with the pizza they made me and it’s absolutely disgusting. I would spend your money elsewhere

Used to love this place but the quality has gone waaay down. Prices are up too and they got rid of the Chicago style which was the best. The last two times we ordered they got it slightly wrong too. Used to be our go to for an affordable and good pizza but we probably won’t order from there again.

This is takeout or delivery only. We always get the pasta because it's so good. And the portions are very generous. They deliver very fast. We order at least once a month. Great.
Tonight’s order was a disappointment. My husband went to pickup our pizza and waited an hour longer than the projected time for pickup. The restaurant forgot our order. No apology was offered and they even asked if we still wanted it. I find that strange; turning away customers but that’s my opinion. I get mistakes happen but no accountability is bad business. When he returned home, the order was wrong. We asked for extra sauce and there was barely sauce on the pizza. It wasn’t even spread evenly. The pizza was supposed to have onions, it didn’t. We called to let them know about the mishap and asked if they could correct it for us.. they were rude on the phone and said “no.” The best they could offer was $5 off if we ordered another pizza.. why would we do that?? It was already late. It was made wrong and customer service was awful. Unfortunately, we don’t have the luxury to spend more money and take a chance on the order being wrong again. We work hard for our money and spend it diligently. We won’t be taking the risk of spending our money there again.

Awful service and gross kitchen. Ordered from here and had the worst service I’ve had in a long time. First they told me 30 minutes. I arrived on time when they told me. Soon arrival they told me it would be another 25 mins because they forgot to start it. Then after receiving pizza they forgot toppings and extra sauce. Called to ask them to fix the order and they told there was nothing they could do. I would have to pay for a new one. Take your money else where.

My wife ordered 3 party size pizzas on Saturday to be delivered at 4:30 to 4:45p on Sunday for halftime of the football game. On Sunday morning she called to verify the order. At 4:50p when the pizzas had not arrived, my wife called to find out where they were. She was told that they had not even started them. Needless to say we canceled the order. The pizza may not be as good at Pizza Hut or Domino’s but at least they don’t forget your orders. I’ll try one of those next time.
