Meat options were steak, chicken, al pastor, chorizo, veggie, ground beef, skirt steak, and birria. I chose the steak. The chips to toppings ratio was balanced. The portion size was enough for 1 adult. The pricing was reasonable. Overall, I really enjoyed this plate. The toppings station makes the nachos stand out even more. I would order these nachos again.

This is what their $14 flauta dinner gets you. Beyond pathetic. These barely qualify as taquitos, let alone flautas, and they are NOT made fresh. According to the cook, my wait was longer than others because they are frozen. Thanks for divulging how low effort your restaurant is. So much for being a Mexican grill. Avoid this place. We won’t be returning.

I went to Southridge Mall to pick up some a quick item & was a little hungry so I decided to give La Mesa a try. I'm so glad I did! My elote with hot flaming & 1 birria taco was so good. I will definitely be back! I love the fact they make everything right in front of you & have a bar of add ons for you to see & choose from.
