The wait list feature on the website was worthless, as it said no wait until we walked in and then had to wait 40 minutes to eat. Very unclean menus, sticky everything. Got our order wrong, and the food was mediocre at best. Hard pass

Went in on 5.17 put name down and told hosted I need a table for 6 people and not a booth. They told me 35 mins to 45mins..I wait a half hour, they called my name and than tell me the only option I have is a booth connected to a table. Very dissatisfied on how I was treated and the hosted said so u going to wait or leave. I said I will leave. Never had Longhorn before wanted to try. Can honestly say I won't be back.

Went there today, was seated promptly, and then waited. After waiting 15 minutes in a barely filled restaurant, we left. I have no idea why nobody even acknowledged us. Needles to say, I won't be back.

Took my 2 younger children out to celebrate and we usually goto Texas Roadhouse but for some reason they wanted to try Longhorn…. Ok let’s do it… Service was absolutely terrible Everything we asked for had to be re asked for several times My steak was ordered medium and came out completely like a rock I mean weeeelllll done They also burnt and overcooked my lil guys steak He didn’t mind once he got some steak sauce It was leather I asked for mine to be re cooked They brought me an alive cow Not even any cooked portion Like they seared it so I wouldn’t complain about it not being medium but it was bloody and cold in middle So I asked to put it back in At this point the kids are done eating When it got back it was like leather again I said nothing Paid the bill and left Lesson learned Stick with TR

I went on 05-05-25 at 5'00 pm and I have been hearing before. I was going for my Birthday and got a free coupon for dessert. I tried to order the 12 oz ribeye, but they were out I had to order the 32 oz outlaw ribeye, which was ,$32.00 . When I got my steak medium rare it was hard to cut and had a edge of fat at least one inch thick and another layer next to the bone about the same. The meat tasted like it had no seasons on it and very stringy . I barely ate half of it. I told the waitress about it after I ate and she said that is the way Ribeye are. I paid an extra $12.00 for extra fat and bone. Everything else was great. Usually the food is great. I had tried to go on the Saturday before this time and it was a 30 minute wait. We decided to come back later. I enjoy going there , but I will give it another try to see if It was a bad day.

Went to lunch with a friend. Her first time, my 10th time dining here. Every time I've gone it's been a good experience. This time McKalie was our waitress. She was so attentive. Food and beverage was very good. Service top notch! So glad nothing has changed since first dining here years ago.
I love their food. Chicken wings were salty this time and baked potato was ok. Crab and shrimp soup was 😋 as always

The food was tasty but we were seated right by the kitchen so it was honestly pretty loud and there were always people around our table and we couldn't hear our server well at all. I feel like it's a really poor choice to seat people there. Our meals came out before our appetizer did which was a little odd but it tasted good. The cook temp of the steaks was a bit off for what we ordered.

I had a to go order of medium cooked sirloin, corn, broccoli and mashed potatoes. The mashed potatoes were missing from my order and the sir loin was rare, I couldn’t even cut it properly and had to recook it when I went home.

My appetizers came out and the food came right behind it my order was incorrect steak still running blood and I said well well done smh and the waiter just was rude this was my first time here always heard about it so finally gave it a try and I am very disappointed
