The service was okay we had a large party and they acted like they didn't want to seat us...had to speak with a night manager who found a seat 30 mins later...overall will not be revisiting here because hiw things went and the manager really didn't care if 9 heads walked out

We all got steaks. My husband and son got medium, but it was very rare inside. Had to bring it home to cook into something else. Made fajita with it and the meat was tender. My daughter got rare, but hers came out medium to well. If you don’t like a lot of season, ask for “light seasoning.” I’m glad our waitress told us that because the regular season was way too overpowering. Imagine Montreal steak season all over your steak. It was too much for me (I tasted my daughter’s steak).
Sides: we pretty much got everything. Brussels sprouts were too sweet and that’s saying a lot because I like sweets. The baked potato was dry. The Mac n cheese was decent. The spinach artichoke was good, but it had way too much cheese on top. I picked that off. The pita chips with the dip was very good though. The mushrooms were covered in too much cheese, otherwise was good.
Had the lava cake which was delicious.
Staff was awesome, nice and attentive.
Woman’s Bathroom had “foaming” soap but seemed like it was watered down because it didn’t foam at all. Yes it was soap and not sanitizer. The baby changing table was broken so my grandson was changed in the bathroom mid air.
Table chairs were uncomfortable. The back part has a sharp scoop so it hits your back and shoulders, arms. Would’ve been better with a flat back.
Tried it. Didn’t care for it, but overall if that’s the kind of flavor you like, go for it. They were nice there, just didn’t like the flavors too much.

This place has gone downhill over the years. The service was slooooooooooooowwwwwww! The food use to be worth making the trip for but I honestly can grill stakes better at home than what we were served.

I went to LongHorn Steakhouse to celebrate my brother’s birthday. I called ahead to ask about a reservation, but I was told it wasn’t busy and we could just come in. When my family and I arrived, I let them know we had a party of 16. The hostess said it would be a 30-minute wait and that we needed to check in once everyone arrived.
The restaurant was nearly empty, and when 15 of the 16 people in our party were there, I let her know. She refused to seat us, saying we had to wait for the last person or order their food in advance. That didn’t make sense, since we still needed time to look at menus and place our orders together.
I asked to speak with the manager twice. Instead of bringing them, the hostess returned alone and repeated the same thing. The manager never came out to address us, and the hostess’s attitude was dismissive and rude. In the end, we had to leave, and it completely ruined what was supposed to be a special celebration.
I would never recommend this location for a gathering or special occasion—the experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

The most horrible experience ever , I love to get to those nice restaurants we're they actually know how to get you the good service! This place is horrible no communication at all in between the staff and customer either!!! Waited for more than hour and we were trying to get a drink from the bar which never happens because literally the people who gets behind the bar either act busy or they don't even look at us ! Never in my life recommended or stop by this place again!!!

The wait list feature on the website was worthless, as it said no wait until we walked in and then had to wait 40 minutes to eat. Very unclean menus, sticky everything. Got our order wrong, and the food was mediocre at best. Hard pass

Went in on 5.17 put name down and told hosted I need a table for 6 people and not a booth. They told me 35 mins to 45mins..I wait a half hour, they called my name and than tell me the only option I have is a booth connected to a table. Very dissatisfied on how I was treated and the hosted said so u going to wait or leave. I said I will leave. Never had Longhorn before wanted to try. Can honestly say I won't be back.
