The worst steak I ever had! I ordered the ribeye medium. But I received the rarest steak I ever saw. When the waiter finally came to the table he noticed that I had hardly touched the steak. He asked me if I wanted a box. I showed him the steak and told him that it was supposed to be medium, he just looked at the steak and said “sorry” and that the steak looked really red. No offer to recook the steak or bring something else instead. I just asked for the check, paid and left. I will not be going back. The staff needs to care a little more regarding what they are serving to the customer.

My only negative with Longhorn was the host wasn’t very friendly or accommodating. Once we got past him, our experience was overwhelmingly positive.We ordered two appetizers: mushrooms and spinach dip. The mushrooms were exceptional. 5/5. The spinach dip was okay but nothing to write home about 3/5Our group ordered mostly steaks although my wife ordered the Parmesan chicken with ribs. My ribeye was perfect. 5/5 Her chicken was good but I didn’t try the ribs. The bones slid out so at minimum they were overcooked.Our server Keegan was exceptional, attentive and friendly. 5/6

Service was awful she came to the table three times and the third time was when we got done wit our food. Everything was super late steak was semi warm but she wouldn’t know because she never came back to the table.She didn’t tell us her name but we found out from the receipt her name was amber. Asked for a manager whoever it was nvr came longhorn used to be wayyyyy better I’m so disappointed.

My wife and i entered longhorn around 5:15 pm. Even though it was very busy, we were pleasantly greeted by the hostess and seated immediately. Our waitress was excellent, very attentive but not to the point where she was interrupting our meal. Everything we asked for (ketchup, extra napkins) she brought in less than a minute. We shared a parnesan spinach dip appetizer and it was excellent! It was warm and flavorful with a crusted parmesan on top. The pita chips that came with it were baked golden brown and were crunchy on the outside but soft in the middle. I ordered lambchops and they were cooked to perfection. Soft and tender, served with a smoky gravy. A healthy portion of 5 of them as well. My wife had a steak and shrimp combo which was also cooked exactly how she wanted (medium) and the shrimp were juicy and tender. I highly recommend this longhorn, excellent all around for a chain restaurant.

I went out on a Sunday with my family for Sunday dinner after church. Our server Juliet had an attitude from the start. My grandpa asked for a ginger ale, and got a tall glass of tonic water. If I'm not mistaken tonic water is used for cocktails. When she's brought us the drinks she sat the dirty drink tray on top of our bread plates and almost spilled all the drinks on me but I caught them for her. And when she took out food orders she didn't even ask me what I wanted or if I was ready to order. So we had to flag her down and after that she had an even worse attitude. We waited 40 mins after our initial appetizer, for our entree's . Three of us ordered salad's and they ended up coming with the entree's and were soggy. My grandma really needed to eat because she has diabetes. Very unacceptable. And when our food finally came it was cold . We asked what took so long and she said "we're backed up" and walked away fast. The scenery was nice. The environment was okay but overall a very bad experience. And will not be returning. The manager Tiffany had a very nonchalant attitude and it felt like she also did not care about us having a bad experience. Hope you guys get a better server and have a better experience.

Came here for a belated Birthday celebration on 30 March 24.. Food was really, really scrumptious!!!!! I LUV the Chopped Steak covered w/Sauteed Onions with Sweet Potatoes & Veggies!!! The Stuffed Mushrooms are ALWAYS tasty and cheesy, which is my fav appetizer. My Daughter had a well-done Steak with Bake Potatoes & Salad. She definitely enjoyed her meal.My Glambaby LUV, LUV, LUV the Shrimp appetizer as we all did, but it was her 1st time eating Shrimp-period and she's hooked. She (We) devoured the bread (as always, lol) I had a Strawberry Margarita that was hitting AND delicious!! I chose the Strawberry Shortcake as my Birthday Dessert!!! The leftovers were as good as when they were fresh 10/10!!! You won't be disappointed!!
