I'm usually not the type of person to do something like this but unfortunately, I don't plan to support a business that lets their employees go into the family restroom at the mall with a guy to do who knows what. I have been a faithful customer because out of all of the restaurants in the mall I believe it's the best one. I have seen this older lady with red/dark red hair in the front of the establishment go in before and or after some guy goes in. There are families around/ children present. there was an instance that I needed to take my son there to take care of his necessities and I couldn't due to the negligence. I have reported this many times and nothing has been done to fix the situation. The mall is like my weekend getaway, with my family and it sucks how business don't put into consideration their customers.

Placed an order 20 mins before close. Sat down to wait and 1 min later they tell me they are out of everything. Which I know is a bull faced lie. Everything? Right. And someone had JUST picked up their order. You'd think they'd know then they were out of everything. š¤£
Go to Raising Cane's just down the road. Plus they're open late.

The cashier was not friendly and was unknowledgeable; when asked what mad sauce was, he said it was a āpink sauce,ā whatever that means. The food was pretty good other than the chicken being a bit stringy. I was not satisfied with how much sauce was given, felt it was very stingy, barely covered any of the mad fries. Fountain soda had a chlorinated taste, maybe the ice? Iād try another location but I was disappointed with this location. They were also out of buns which is kinda wild for a place where half the menu is sandwiches.

Good god where do I begin?? The waitress/cashier was rude as all hell barely even wanting to talk to us, didnāt want to repeat or tell us what all came with the combos. Then we get our food, we get home open up the bowlā¦the chicken tasted like fish, the tator tots were tasting like cardboard that was deep fried. And donāt get me started on the Mac and cheese, the fricken soda had more flavor than the meal. Like how do you mess up that bad?? And the cheese? Barely any. 0/10 donāt recommend, walk right past them and just flip them off the whole timeā¦the amount of disrespect we tastedā¦disgustingā¦I recommend going to the Japanese/ lil Tokyo placeā¦which was our first choice but my hubby seen a video on how they made their chicken at mad chicken so we decided to check it outā¦next time and probably for the rest of our lives Iām going to choose where we eat.

Ordered the Mad Fries with Buffalo sauce and I must say they were fantastic! Food was very fresh, delicious and plentiful. Service was just okay, nothing special, but at least there was no rudeness. Will come back again when I'm at the mall and hopefully the food will be just as good.

Horrible experience!! I ordered 3 meals and it cost over $80, but none of the meals came with the sauces I requested with them so it was just dry, sauceless chicken. (Also, I spent like $10 on all these extra sauces because the whole reason I wanted it is because I love a good dipping sauce and was excited to try their different flavors.) Not only did I not get my extra sauce, I didnāt get any sauce at all! I was sick and didnāt feel like driving 40 minutes round trip to go back to the store for sauce just for my meal to be cold, so I tried calling them with the phone number provided. But of course their phone number is out of service and all the online sites used that same out of service number. The food was not great either, especially for what they charge. We spent all that money and ended up not even eating most of it, but I canāt even complain because they donāt have a working phone number.
