They sometimes skip the right side of the drive thru it seems which sucks when 2 extra cars go before you do especially when there's a line

Went through the drive thru and the women taking my order asked if I m was using the mobile app and insaid yes but she never took my code. However, when I went up to pay Pat took care of that and entered me code so I could get my points.

They would not give you a water cup if you eat inside. Told them I was diabetic and needed water they refused to give me a cup for water. Will never go back.

I’ve worked in the food industry for over 8 years and I have never seen such incompetence as I’ve seen from this restaurant u guys deserve to be shut down and have a new management established because no restaurant should have this many incompetent employees

Could not get the order right, even after confirming 5 times..
I went threw the drive thru tonight late. I had a very pleasant experience with Matthew taking my order and Crystal at the wondow. The cook also made the order correctly! For being such a long line it went fast as well. I highly recommend coming here. They all deserve a raise!
