Picked up some cookies other day. Lady at front was nice and friendly. But bought 2 peanut butter cookies. Terrible tasting cookies. Could not even finish first one. Tossed second one. Did not taste like normal peanut butter. And was wet soggy on bottom. The other cookie a sugar cookie was fine. Would never try these again. Left a greasy taste in my mouth.

The little older lady with dark hair is RUDE & was talking as if she had attitude because a person wanted to get ice cream removed for smaller a portion.. You have to try measure your damn ice cream while putting in cup or you'll be paying more than what it looks worth. Culver give bigger cup for the price they have! Or maybe they should assist people if they know the prices off hand, we wouldn't have to guess price with measurement! Tryna get smart! BAD service!

Went to the Mrs. Fields in South ridge Mall yesterday and even though I love the cookies, the customer service from the young girl with the glasses was terrible. I didn't even eat the cookies I bought, I was so turned off by her attitude. Her face was frowned, she appeared so negative, her attitude was just nasty. I just hate it when people ruin what's suppose to be a positive experience with they're negativity.
