Went to the Mrs. Fields in South ridge Mall yesterday and even though I love the cookies, the customer service from the young girl with the glasses was terrible. I didn't even eat the cookies I bought, I was so turned off by her attitude. Her face was frowned, she appeared so negative, her attitude was just nasty. I just hate it when people ruin what's suppose to be a positive experience with they're negativity.

Bummer, this is the only Mrs' Fields in my location. They used to have nice cookies. I don't know what happened to their recipe. Cookies are a lot harder. Brownies aren't that great either. Staff does help you quickly.

the workers were super nice and helpful, coustmer service was 100% great and the cookie were warm and obviously baked fresh that day. My husband and I got a cookie cake from there and it was decorated beautifully!

The front was unstaffed even though three patrons were waiting to buy desserts and the brownies I purchased had to be at least a day or two old. I will never shop there again after being served old, dry, and inedible baked goods.
