Came here to share an appetizer & have drinks with friends. Visiting from Chicago. Was pleasantly surprised to see a Pisco Sour & a Cusquena (beer) on the menu as they are both Peruvian drinks! I would rate the Pisco Sour 2/10 tho- it was not good. We ordered an al pastor quesadilla but we all agreed it tasted like chicken? Lol Idk man. Our waitress was nice.

I had been to the dia side and had a lovely experience so I was excited to try noche only to be severely disappointed. We saw our server a total of three times. Once to order. Took forever to get our drinks. We decided to just get queso because there were not a lot of vegetarian options and decided to eat elsewhere. We ordered the chips and queso which took 20 minutes. For QUESO. again, zero check in from our server. When the queso was dropped off, we didn’t get asked for more drinks (which were gone because at this point we were a half hour into our adventure). Queso was fine. Not waiting 20 minutes quality. Third time was flagging down after longingly trying to make eye contact for 10 minutes with the server so we could pay and leave to actually get dinner. Only reason this gets two stars is because the margarita was solid. Otherwise this experience would have certainly triggered abandonment issues.

Really great food. Soup was excellent on a cold winters day, and it was a huge portion. I will be back to try more of the rotating menu. Everything was fresh and tasted very good. Home made.

Steak fajitas and birra tacos were very flavorful and delicious. Chips and Salsa don't come with the meals, but we ordered them and the Salsa needed more flavor.
