Placed our order through the app, after the location had opened. Was informed it should only take about 10 minutes to complete the order. Arrived at the location to find the door locked with workers inside laughing to each other. No worker came to the door until we had been waiting there for about 15 minutes. After being let inside, we were informed our order still had not been completed. We waited inside for an additional 15 to 20 minutes before our order was completed. The bag and boxes our order came in were damaged. The worker who gave us our order didn't appear to care that boxes and the bag were damaged. Workers who cooked food didn't not appear to be wearing gloves.

It was the first time I visited Panda Express... so I was very fortunate to have GIO attend to me and my order. Gio was cordial and patient as he explained the menu and types of food... I was very impressed 👏 with his service. Thanks Gio... you're a DOLL!

Let me set the scene: It was a Tuesday. The sky was gray, my soul was grayer, and I was one bad meal away from a full emotional collapse. Panda Express had entered the chat. I stumbled in like a lost traveler in the desert, parched and hopeless… when suddenly… cue the cinematic slow motion… Gio appeared behind the counter. His aura? Radiant. His service? Divine. His ability to scoop the perfect ratio of honey walnut shrimp to rice? Unparalleled. The man came in CLUTCH like a last-minute game-winner in the NBA Finals. I whispered, “what do you recommend?…” like I was confessing my sins. Gio didn’t judge. He just nodded… like he understood. Boom he pointed at the beef and broccoli with such a sureness and man it didn’t disappoint. Every bite? A standing ovation in my mouth. The honey walnut shrimp? Poetic. The chow mein? Life-altering. The fortune cookie? Basically my new therapist.
Would I return? YES.
Would I name my firstborn after Gio? Also yes.
Would I defend this Panda Express with my life? 1000%.
Give this location an Oscar, a Grammy, and a Michelin Star. And give Gio a RAISE.
Panda Express, you didn’t just feed me…
You healed me.

I used to love eating at Panda but now it’s not worth it. I usually eat here 3-4 times a month. And the last three times were awful. First time I found hair in my food, second time it was flooded with veggies, and my most recent plate was filled with onion and veggies. There was barely any chicken or noodles. It was not worth the price I paid. If I wanted a plate of onions I would have made it at home. Last time eating here it is ridiculous.

Ordered catering a 2nd time for a birthday. Food has always been consistent, packaged very nicely. Plates, napkins, serving utensils. Stayed warm on the drive home. The staff was quite friendly and helpful to load the food into the car. Will always consider Panda.

Don't go there! I waited in the drive-thru for about 25 minutes. I got 3 entree and one side. I figured it was busy maybe the food would be made faster and be hot. Well I get my food. 15$ later (I could have bought a steak).. they messed up my order and forgot my third entree. The broccoli was so disgusting I couldn't eat it (definitely frozen) and I got two pieces of beef and three broccoli. For first entree. Horrible. Secondly everyone goes there for their orange chicken. So I get mine. Taste good but can't chew it. So hard. Then Beijing beef and that was the one they forgot and it was wayyyyy to spicy. On top of all that I wanted sweet and sour sauce and they were out. But I remember them having like a pot full not packets.

I haven't had panda express in 10 years and just had a craving for it. I'm so disappointed. I had to go home and order my Chinese place and spend more money because all's I could do is toss it.

Heads up PANDA EXPRESS your quality control sucks even for fast food. I'll spend more money on real Chinese than you any day.... Hope this helps...

Very impressed with how one of the managers named Geo came to our table to see if we were satisfied with our meal. Well done. The food was excellent as always. We like to visit at least once a week.

I travel to the US all week. Panda Express has always been my favorite stop twice a week. This location has the most friendly team and professional look. Keep up the excellent job!
