Cashier was friendly but girl with braids who gave me my food threw it at me with an attitude when I came back to tell her they had missed my sauce which I paid for. Only came here because I work at the mall, but not buying from them anymore!!

First time buying a whole pie from the mall location 😜 ...

We walked in at approximately 10:30 it was a cold day UNTIL WE FOUND IT ROCKY ROCCOS amazing food. ALSO A GRANDMA CAME UP TO US AND SAID you look like normal kids (unlike others). And I said THANKS HAHAHAHHAHAHA. W pepperoni pizza overload thing. YIPPPEEEEEEEE someone in this mall said skibity toilet I know I heard it.

Got the meal deal. Pizza was old and tasted like crap. Bread sticks were flat and hard. I never treat myself to lunch. I did today, was a waste of money.

I am a lifelong fan of Rocky Rococo Pizza, it came out when I was 9 in my hometown of Madison. I went to a mall this time, South something mall, on 76th. The woman working was NOT paying attention. I waited and waited. I COULD HAVE just walked off with every jar of sauce on the display, she never noticed me, or that I took a jar to buy, until I brought it to her attention when I bought my slices (after finally speaking directly to her to get her attention as her back was turned.) I'm 59, never have I met such a rude and unconcerned Rocky's employee. Sad.

The kids the have working are a joke. Playing on their phone and headphones. Need to figure out how to get a DoorDash out when they say they are going to.Young girl told me it would be 20-30 minutes beyond the quoted time for me to earn $5 on the order… she then complained that, “sometimes the orders sit on the shelf for hours and no one picks them up”This store gets paid for that order regardless. They think there doing the customers a favor by not getting the orders done on time this has been going on for a year now.

I can honestly say this location has one of the rudest retail workers I have ever encountered. I happened to be there when they first started serving food in the morning, but there was not much to choose from on the shelf. I ended up getting two of the smallest super slices I have ever seen in my life, but the price was super big. I will not be going back to this location.

Walking about Southridge mall with grandbabes we all became hungry.Pizza and another spot satisfied us.

Parking: Tis a mall, ample parking.

Kid-friendliness: Foods kids will eat. Few areas close by to gang out or play.

Ordered a super slice of pizza got home and it was a small slice of pizza. Music was so loud I couldn't hear the cashier talk plus the cashier was quiet in the first place. Won't be back. Sorry.

3 people working on 11/6 were extremely rude and not helpful. Came with a coupon to order a large 2 topping at 630pm to be told they ran out of dough. Then after seeing various slices being madeni inquired again to then be told they stopped doing whole pies at 6pm, which is absurd seeing as though they store is open until 8pm. Ultimately was greeted with rudeness and typically don't say much but this case warrants the bad review. Not ok. Had to but seperate slices to pay more than what I would have paid to get way less than half of a large pizza. Terrible.
