The food is awesome. i got the asada fries, fries were crispy, steak was perfect, you get a generous portion for a reasonable price. The owner/chef was friendly, cool dude. There are a few seats inside where you can eat, and 2 tables outside. Very pleasant atmosphere despite being connected to a gas station. Will return for Taco Tuesday

Today was my second time trying Rosas Cocina & let me tell you, this has become my favorite restaurant!! Thank you Rosas Cocina for bringing it!!
The owner was so nice!!!! and welcoming. I called because i was confused on what to get! i told him i then wanted asada fries with chicken , sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes & this dish was seasoned to perfection and was everything i asked for!!! Will be going back to support and order more food. i recommended my friends already to! Meal was very affordable.

They need better food and all across the board better marketing. Just little extra time to put together a better menu would really help them being in a good place and in a gas station. Best advice I could give is that have 5/6 items you're really good at and get better menus signs .. and everything. Great spot just need more.

Good food and service. I had three carne asada tacos and they were very tasty, but they were lacking on the amount of meat. Not sure if that’s a reflection of the $1 off for taco Tuesday or that is the standard here. Not a big deal at $2.50 a taco but I would have ordered another one had I known. Still happy I stopped to check it out.
