I went to the starbucks location on Thursday around the afternoon, there was no one to be found at the store to take my order. The store did not look open and usually it is open whenever I come to the mall. No manager to be found and no employee to be found. Please fix this issue of the store randomly being closed!

I been to this location with many people ahead of me and it was a good service, yes a little wait is ok but today literally the first and only ones and it’s took 15 minutes for one drink wasn’t even taking other orders and 2 people there at the booth

I ordered a caramel macchiato hot and lady would not understand or problem with her hearing even got worse when I ordered pastry.. When it was ready not calling who food it was and when touched someone else's coffee cup people got upset since I didn't know whose it was. But they were just busy chit chatting ?. Not ordering for sure my coffee was extremely sweet..

This location is a kiosk located on the ground floor in the mall.Employees were hustling and handling the line quite well so kudos to those working on a Saturday.And BTW this mall is overload on a weekend so be prepared if your not from the area.
