I just ordered 4 drinks. I drove off & tasted mine & it tasted super watery I ordered a dragon fruit with lemonade my daughter said hers was watery as well she ordered a different drink. I took them back the cashier was rude & kept rolling her eyes & I felt as if she didn't want to change or redo my drinks. A person with short black hair came & grabbed my drink & took it back but when I got it back it tasted THE EXACT SAME! I believe they didn't do anything to my drinks. HORRIBLE SERVICE I WILL NOT BE COMING TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN! GET BETTER PROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES STARBUCKS!
Very uncomfortable chairs. Guess they want you to leave quickly
Just got a mocha cookie crumble frappe to have it taste like they put a handful of dirt in the drink. Do not go here.
giving drinks with spoiled milk in it! Rude employees when told about it! I know they will reply to this and say take it back but I just didn't want to deal with the rude employee.
I paid for strawberry foam and they barely add any. Very disappointing.

I ordered a Venti Caramel Brûlée Latte, and it wasn’t filled up to the top. For the price, I expect a full cup. Very disappointed!!
My daughter attends the high school of the parking lot they’re pretty much located in. I get off work a bit later and she spends an hr or less everyday here after school doing some light studying and staying warm while waiting for me. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars at this specific location for her while she waits. Now I don’t have coffee money for her everyday but I do a good amount of the days. She was turned away and asked to leave since she wasn’t a paying customer specifically today. I will never spend another dollar here while they decided to uphold a pay or leave policy. It’s disappointing that an establishment that prides themselves on being a welcoming environment decided to be otherwise.

Was in the drive thru for only 5 min was impressed
Horrible experience! My coffee had oil spots in it, so sweet it wasn’t possible to drink it. I went to a different Starbucks and they gave me a coffee that tasted so much better and told me it wasn’t the first time when people complained about this location
What am I really paying for $7.18?? It was not filled up to the top!!!!!
I will not be returning to this star bucks ever ! And I had also called the corporate office. If you are a smoker do not go here. They will tell you there is no smoking in your car in the drive through ! They just lost a customer . My life , my car and I will smoke where I want to !
