Worst Starbucks in the area. You will wait 20+ min in an empty drive-thru just to receive a drink that has either burned espresso or is made wrong. Such a shame too, as my kid has a lot of activities at the nearby HS and this location is convenient. I’ve tried this store several times since they opened and not once have I had a good experience. Avoid it and go to the one on Layton (that location is great).

I have been to multiple Starbucks in the Milwaukee area, this is the worst one. ALWAYS understaffed and treating their customers like garbage. I dislike writing reviews but I highly recommend going to another Starbucks. I am also not a stickler about my coffee, but it’s hard to spend $9 on a drink and for the barista to BURN the espresso and have grounds in my coffee

$8 for ice? I ordered a grande iced matcha latte, with a shot of espresso. I’ve been to this location several times before, but just via the drive thru. This time I went inside to order because why not. This location is definitely a drive thru focused one, with minimal seating and a vibe like they’re running a store closing sale. I waited much longer for my drink getting it this way, and to top it off it seems to have been mostly ice. See photo for reference. Probably will not go out of my way for this location again.

I went inside and ordered, I asked for my pasty to be warmed; as I was waiting for my order I saw the barista pick my food up with dirty tongs caked in food. The bottom part of the tongs were silver but the top was covered in what looked like spinach, cream cheese and chocolate. This location is terribly unsanitary and disgusting. I got a refund for my order and left. The “shift lead” was unapologetic and rude. Now that I’ve read previous reviews, I question who runs this place. I won’t be back!

This location has the most unfriendly, impatient, and condescending baristas. The girl taking my order was incredibly rude and it seemed like she felt as though I was taking too long to order; I could hear her sighing dramatically and she kept saying “Anything else?” with a cold and mean tone after every item I ordered. I didn’t know the name of the drink my granddaughter likes, so I asked if she could help me figure it out, and explained that it’s something like an iced tea with peach flavor. She rudely cut me off and said “Iced peach green tea lemonade?” But in a condescending tone like I was stupid. I asked for her name and it is Natalie. I was trying to surprise my granddaughters with their favorite drinks, but I left due to her poor customer service and attitude. I will not be returning.

I was thrilled when I had initially found out that in the near future, there would be a new STARBUCKS opening up at this location in GREENDALE!! Because before this Starbucks was opened, there really were not too many other options in the vicinity.
