First time at this location I stopped in and had a wonderful experience. From the person who took my order named Aly to the person who made my drink. I wasn’t sure what to order and she gave me some nice recommendations. The place was very clean and inviting. I would recommend this location and I plan on stopping in again when I’m in the area.

Starbucks Pumkin Spice Coffee: These days Starbucks is almost synonymous with coffee to many Americans. I’m the weird one that usually doesn’t partake as I like playing barista at home. Even though I rarely have Starbucks, my thoughts still associate pumpkin coffee with them thanks to the massive success of their pumpkin spice latte (PSL), which is ubiquitous with the autumnal season. Starbucks has still found a way to invade the lives of home brewers like me, with their store-bought grounds. Their Pumpkin Spice Coffee grounds are a lighter roast that offers the promise of notes of pumpkin, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Beginning with the packaging, I love the warm fall colors and depiction of pumpkins. My dilemma is that I’m more of a pumpkin pie guy vs pumpkin SPICE when it comes to flavor. Since most coffee brands focus on pumpkin SPICE grounds, I often find them too spicey for my preference. This holds true with Starbuck’s take. It’s by no means bad (and there’s plenty of pumpkin flavor), but I could do with less cinnamon and let’s just throw out the nutmeg. Adding some zero-sugar pumpkin creamer did ameliorate the experience for me. Just okay 😐 as is, Doughboy approved 😋 with a little pumpkin creamer Doughboy_Food_Reviews

I have been going here as I am out of town for work nine out of every 10 times I go my drink is fantastic. There has been a couple times where it was made incorrectly, but they took care of the issue with no problem.

I order from this location five times a week via mobile order but I stopped in today to order because the app was down. The young lady that assisted me walked up and never said hello, how can I help you, NOTHING, I asked her if she was going to take my order and she said yes. Placed my order and walked away. Don’t know what her problem is but I waited for my order only to get my bakery item warmed which is not what I wanted. The young near me tells her and her response is “well we’re out, so” I ask the young man for a manager and unfortunately he was occupied with another customer and I didn’t have time to wait.

The dining room area is quite small, the WiFi never works, and the tables aren’t always clean BUT the drive through is always super quick and I can really appreciate that
I asked for a cup of ice which I have never had a problem with getting before. The lady at the drive thru tells me I have to purchase something & that this is something that changed in January after I told her I have gotten ice without making a purchase. I go to another Starbucks & great customer service & was given ice with no problems. The service here is horrible & very racist. A white lady in the vehicle behind me heard the conversation & requested ice to see their response & she was given ice. I'll never spend my money at this place ever again.

I just ordered 4 drinks. I drove off & tasted mine & it tasted super watery I ordered a dragon fruit with lemonade my daughter said hers was watery as well she ordered a different drink. I took them back the cashier was rude & kept rolling her eyes & I felt as if she didn't want to change or redo my drinks. A person with short black hair came & grabbed my drink & took it back but when I got it back it tasted THE EXACT SAME! I believe they didn't do anything to my drinks. HORRIBLE SERVICE I WILL NOT BE COMING TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN! GET BETTER PROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES STARBUCKS!
