i got a triple cheesesteak. i enjoyed it. it was a really good sandwich. they made it before i was finished with my transaction in buying the sandwich. i was the only customer around noon. i got fried onions on my order. lettuce and mayo as well. i got a cup of water as well..

Very disappointed today, I went to the food court for lunch today and decided to give it a try. After ordering the gentleman who took my order took already cooked soggy fries and re fried them. Then the cook put my meals meat on one side of the grill and started to clean the hoods above the grill while my food was cooking. Since I had just paid $10 I was going to try to eat it until I made it into my 3rd bite and pulled out a piece of steel wool. I threw the rest away.

No one wears a hair net 2 of the 3 employees hair was past shoulder length. The cashier/fry maker didn't wear gloves while handling any of the fries. She also didn't get my order correct

Very Disappointing! Had not been to Steak Escape in a while. In the past, have always loved the food. That certainly was not the case this time on 12/2/21. The bread was horrible which made the sandwich horrible. It was denser and very very DRY. No amount of condiments could correct it. I believe that you changed the supplier. If that is the case, you have done yourself a great disservice. With the cost of the product, I am not sure I will return.
This is not the Steak Escape from back in the day the bread was hard their signature lemonade was inside a koolaid container the lettuce was brown the quality of the ingredients has changed significantly just throw the whole restaurant away and southridge as well!! Southridge has become another northridge I’m surprised they’re still open it has went down like the Titanic!!
