I watched a nice girl order food to her dietary preference or need. Then watched the employee make petty comments to the manager including “when did we start serving plant based meat? Ewe that’s disgusting why would anyone ever order that”. All while the ordering girl was standing there waiting for her food. It was rude and the manager when confronted tried to pretend she hadn’t said it. It’s ok to have opinions but you shouldn’t do it in front of people like that.

guys, please stock fresh greens. It's horrible. Cilantro isn't supposed to be brown and wet. This is common sense so probably that's all your staff has to work with. I can't believe the management is cutting costs so much. It appears all the kitchen has on hand to make salad is old wilted greens...this has been going on for months. please work on restocking more often

I had the Baja Chicken wrap and it was full of incredibly spicy hot sauce. The hot sauce was not mentioned on the menu and completely ruined my lunch.

The entire staff appeared to be under 18 with zero customer service skills. The girl working the register did not offer me side options with the sandwich, so I didn't know I could get one, and gave me a lot of attitude for no reason.

It is also very loud in the restaurant due to the constant blending, so you can't hear anything apart from blenders.

My first visit here. Staff were friendly, it wasn’t too busy and the wait wasn’t long. I enjoyed my flatbread sandwich and pomegranate smoothie.

We had a wonderful experience. Manny helped us. He smiled and welcomed us to the store. He helped with the menu and gave his recommendation. When leaving, he thanked us for coming and invited us to return. I would definitely return to this location for great service and excellent food!

My sister husband and I came in today and my husband and I ordered a blimey limey with extra lime. I happen to remember my husband just found out hes allergic to pineapples (very recently so were still trying to remember that he is) which is one of the ingredients in the smoothie. I blurt out oh wait it has pineapples baby you cant drink that. I politely apologize multiple times for ordering it and ask them could they remake them without pineapples. Both girls at the counter rolled their eyes at me and the one making the drinks reply "I already made them" her coworker replies to her " just remake them". I had walked out the store before I blew up at both of them. My husband comes back along with my sister and my husband starts to drink the liquid thats coming out the top and I sip my drink.....Mine still had pineapples in it and right when i said that my husband's tounge started to itch swell and become numb. They did not wash their hands or the blender that was used RESULTING IN MY HUSBAND HAVING AN ALLERGIC REACTION! I will NEVER come back to this location. No customer service whatsoever or any regard for people with allergies.

I ordered online for pick up, and on top of forgetting the apple kale salad, I went back in to get it and receive a clearly old one with mold.Edit: submitted complaint on website and they said “ Thank you for taking the time to contact Tropical Smoothie Cafe concerning your recent experience at a cafe. Your valuable feedback allows us the opportunity to improve the experience for all of our guests and has already been provided to cafe management for appropriate action.” They did not offer to refund my money for the moldy salad

The staff at this location are extremely friendly and upbeat. Never have I ever had a bad experience here. The smoothies and food items are delish!! Try the edible straws!

Smoothies were very good and the staff making them were very nice. The reason for three stars is because the cashier, Jennifer, was wildly unpleasant. She was extremely rude and blunt and impatient as we asked to use our rewards. We were polite despite her rudeness and she set the smoothies down when they were ready and threw the straws as she walked walked away while we tried to say thank you.
