Just an update, but something ive noticed the last few months, around 3 or 4 times, ive been left in the drive through after paying at the window, waiting for my food. Each of these times ive had to go into the store because ive been forgotten about. And not because my order was complex, it just seems like they lose my ticket #. Just a bit upset about this.

I'm taking back my review, after recently going to Culver's the last like 3 times, I don't feel our food was made fresh! It was a wait of less than 5 minutes and the food was luke warm which tells me this isn't made fresh while we wait! The quality has went downhill and we have been very disappointed lately.

Placed an online order. I was only a few minutes away, so I expected to wait a little when I arrived (at my local Culvers I usually wait more than a little). I checked in online and almost instantly my order came out to my car. I was very impressed. My pot roast sandwich was made exactly as ordered, with all the extras, and it was overflowing with meat. Luckily, someone thought ahead and very courteously included silverware, which was greatly appreciated (and needed). Cheese curds...
