We love the drive thru although calling in an order can be a little tough if you don’t speak Spanish.
We have loved everything we’ve gotten from there. I love the Costillas de Peurco in green sauce!
I came right after they opened and it wasn’t good. 2nd visit chicken tacos were terrible! I won’t be back!
As someone who is very special about their tacos, Kalibres definitely surpasses my expectations. We ordered the bistek tacos and birria queso-tacos. Both had just the right amount of meat/vegetables and the queso on the birria tacos is amazing! Apart from the food being delicious, they made sure I had enough limes, sauces, napkins, utensils ect. Kalibres Restaurant & Bar offers flavorful food like shrimp dinner with rice and beans, and quesabirria was very good. The customer service is great, and the atmosphere is comfortable, decorated festively inside with Spanish music, creating an authentic Mexican feel. The wait time for food is worth it, as everything is freshly made, especially the birria tacos and burrito which were top notch. The restaurant is affordable and provides a relaxing environment with amazing music. It is a great spot for margaritas and delicious tacos, making it a new favorite Mexican restaurant. The hospitality of the staff makes you feel like a part of the family. The food was 10/10.
