Went thru the drive thru using the mobile like I normally do. First they couldn't find my order. Then finally told me to pull around. Then I got to the food window and I had my drink and bag basically shoved at me. Then when I got home, it wasn't even my order.

Normally you can't get it that way, it's one or the other, chocolate OR vanilla, not both together in one cup.
The nice young man at the counter said he could do that for me, and he did. It's absolutely delicious.

I am a daily customer to this McDonald's on 27th St an Cold spring. I love the work Marisa the manager she the best manager I ever met at a McDonald's an Julie that work at the drive thru window is the best customer service that I ever received from McDonald's. 09/18/2024 an 09/19/2024 and it will continue as long as I see their smiling faces.
