Visited 9/30/2024 around 620pmish. Customer service is the worst. The store closes at 9pm staff we're breaking down the line. Completely ignoring the fact we were standing there waiting to order. No one greeted us and continued to work as if weren't there. I said excuse me twice with no response from either employee. My spouse decided he would intervene and asked we're we going to be able to order as young lady decided she she was going to continue to ignore us...

First time trying this after spotting it out of the corner of eye near Southridge. It's in an inconspicuous location. Pleasantly suprised. Food tastes great. Fresh. Clean inside. So much better than fast food.

Parking: Not a huge lot. Shares with other stores but plenty of parking.

The food here is delicious. I’ve visited several times and the service is really mixed. It depends on who is working. Ive had great service a few times, and unprofessional service a handful of others. My order was missing fries once, i received items from another order, or the employees on that shift were speaking inappropriately. Like how they’ve screwed up orders, or just chatting too much, no team work from certain employees so orders can take unnecessarily long at times....
