My salad was delivered today with no dressing. Noodles & Company offered no way to correct it. My lunch that cost almost $11 was a complete loss. Customer service is apparently not a priority, even when you pay extra for delivery. Noodles & Co. Greenfield will never be in my rotation for lunch orders again because they refuse to offer a way to correct their errors. Completely unacceptable.
My son and his friend tried to get dinner tonight and was told it would be a 15 minute wait as he walked it
in the door. They finally placed their order, buttered noodles and Mac n cheese with chicken. Not a crazy order. It took them 40 minutes to get their food! There were 6 employees. They left the store and decided they should check their order. It was wrong. 2 Mac n cheese. He went back in and returned the food and asked for a refund.
