Big surprise, we went there for bread. We've never been disappointed in what we get there. Staff is friendly and the store is clean. For being freshly made, the bread is not overpriced, ad you would think. We will continue to go back for more.
Food is good . However the service is not friendly and cleanliness of the tea is questionable. We tried to find clean table and was unsuccessful. Decided to clean ourself. The spoon came alongside soup bowl was not clean as well.
I had an issue with my order, not a negative one. I forgot to order something. They were very polite and hospitable, and they helped me with the needs that I have. I have a very large dog and I asked if they would call before they got here to let me know the watch for them instead of ringing my doorbell. I truly appreciate the service that I got from these people, and me being a person who works in retail and customer service, their mannerisms were commendable.
