Service is really slow even with mobile orders. A cold brew has taken 15-20 minutes which is very frustrating. I always end up late to work whenever I go here. Staff is friendly though.

They had four employees and only one was making the drinks. I had to wait really long before he made my drink. I didn't understand why the others couldn't contribute, but besides that place was good it's cozy. They have sofas good seating arrangement facility looked clean and Need. I don't know if I should come back because of the long wait.

Ney was extremely caring and mindful of me letting her know I was deaf and helped accommodate me when they let me know what I ordered on mobile wasn’t available in the store at the moment. After a long hard year of adapting to no hearing she made one of my biggest nightmares so smooth and easy to get through this morning. Highly highly appreciated the customer service today!!
