“Great place, great food!!“

“Been to Spectators a number of times and always received great food and great service, until tonight. Stopped in for a bite to eat and sat at the bar. We ordered a a couple of beers and then a burger with fries and a sandwich. When the food came out, the fries weren’t with the burger. I was told, “The fries will be out in a few minutes.” I finished the burger in the usual time it would take to eat one and still…No fries. I waited, and it wasn’t until about 8 minutes later that the fries finally came out. No apology. I refused the fries because I was done with my eating. What’s the point? Bartender shrugged and gave the fries to what seemed to be some of her friends across the bar. When the bill came, there was no discount for the error. When I asked about being charged full price when the fries came out well after I was done with my burger, I was told, “Well, I brought them out.” Given the attitude, arguing further was a waste of time. Very disappointed with the attitude and the lack of apology for the uneven service times. Might be back, but not anytime soon. Still recommended for the quality of the food and most service received, but if this was my first time there, I’d never go back.“

“Went through the drive thru. Service was very good. When I got back to my office to eat, I found they did not put bacon on my burger that I ordered. Tried to call store, but they must have been busy and did not answer the phone. I will go back and let them know, as I usually get what I order at this restaurant. I took a picture with my receipt showing what I ordered and what I got.“

“Ok, it’s a McDonalds, hooked to a gas station. It was very busy today and they virtually shared the same space. It just was a little to grunge. It just looked like no body loved it! You know what I mean. I know you do! 🤣 Yes, I did order food.“

“The street corn tots were delicious! I would go back just for those. The burgers were good, but the beef did lack flavor. Our server was very attentive. She checked up on us often. One thing that didn't go so well was that we got the wrong order. It was our first time there so we didn't realize it, and honestly, the food took so long to come out, we forgot what burgers we ordered. So when they brought out our supposed order, my burger came with fries when I ordered a salad. I thought hey, maybe they forgot it and had fries instead. I didn't let the server know because she was busy and we were hungry, already waiting a long time for our food, and on a schedule. We needed to be somewhere and thought an hour and a half was sufficient time to eat, appearantly not. I would give this place another try, hoping that the food will come out sooner than later and that we don't get the wrong food order.“

“I called in a to go order. The staff was very polite. My food was ready within 20 minutes and tasted delicious as always“

“We visited for our first time yesterday. Food was fantastic however the dining room was disgusting. Everything was greasy and there was stuff all over the floor. I think we will be sticking to the drive-thru so we can at least eat great food in a clean place.“

“Excellent food and service. Amazing meatless mayhem veggie burger/sandwich. Delicious sides (especially the homemade onion rings, fried apples, brussel sprouts, sweet potato planks!) Fresh tasty salmon. Great options for meat eaters and vegetarians alike. Had great service from the bartender and the outdoor dining area seating area is comfortable and relaxed. Highly recommend!“

“Absolutely disgusting meal. Food had obviously been precooked and then reheated in microwave. Spent $24.00 on this meal. Only remedy was the manager, Justin, offered coupons. I have no use for coupons to a restaurant I'm not going to patronize again. We threw the food away because we were concerned about possibly getting food poisoning.“

“We had great chocolate shakes at Culver’s in Suamico, so decided to go again. Apparently, not all the employees are knowledgeable in how to make them. They should be made with vanilla custard, not chocolate. Ruined my evening since I do NOT like chocolate custard😔“

“The King of Burgers new brisket whopper is outstanding! I was going to add bacon, but I’m glad I didn’t. The brisket and burger pair well together, and didn’t need bacon. Maybe a shredded BBQ chicken Whopper is something they could make next? I would add bacon to that.“

“On 12/21/25 around 7:15pm pulled into the drive-thru to pickup my burger and fries I ordered through the app. I wasn't expecting much but boy was I blown away. Ordered a Texas Whopper and a large fry, both were prepared to perfection. Whopper was hot and toppings(bacon was so crispy I almost shed a tear while eating) were fresh. Fries were so hot and fresh I couldn't believe it. I had to get on here and give a HUGE shout out to the gentleman on the drive-thru and the young lady who prepared my Whopper, they made my experience nostalgic. My burger and fries really looked, smelled and tasted like it was from the 90's, one of the stronger eras of Burger King. Great job Burger King Team, can't wait to come back 👏😯“

“i normally have a horrible time trying to find fast food places i like, but not only were the employees (especially one) but the food incredible. The employee Aiden Nawrot was someone that stood out to me. Working at such a young age really takes some gut; and this kid has it! The way he approached his job with kindness and compassion really made my Tom’s experience memorable. I will never forget your love for making ice cream for as long as i live. You really showed the rest of the employees what it takes to have grit. Thanks for all you do Aiden! ❤️“

“I had a good experience here a few days ago. The shift manager was very nice and gave us a deal on rootbeer floats. Food was good and price was very reasonable for quality. The dining area had a cozy and comfortable vibe to it. I would go to this location again. ?“

“I haven't had an orange julius in forever. I stopped the other day and was suprised he asked if I wanted any vitamin C in it and I said no. Then I thought wait what? He told me what they do by just adding a scoop of vitamin C powder so I paid the extra $1 for it and he added it. I am a vitamin freak. What a great idea!!!“

“I brought my daughter in today for her lunch hour. Fast service and And everyone was very helpful especially the lady that took her order and brought her food to our table. I wasn’t expecting that, but she was very nice. The inside of McDonald’s was a very clean and that always makes me positive, but I wanna go there then, because we go to some restaurants and none of the booths are wiped off hour there’s food all over no, this was spic and span no food anywhere very well taken care of .
