“talking to PR cambodia - the Napalese Lounge has NEVER been anything but professional in working with customers. I have been going there for more than 30 years - I've bartended, I've performed, and I've been a customer. I've been through 3 owners - Mel Locke, Annie and now Butchy and Stacy. I have never seen them anything but professional - Butchy is a great bartender and owner. he's always talking to customers and trying to help them fit in what ever niche they need. If you had a problem with the owner, you should probably look inward and see what you might have done to alienate the staff and how you can change your experience for a more positive one. Butchy is a phenomenal owner and bartender. I hope you can stop in and try the Naps again. They have shows on Saturdays and are very crowded. And the food is great. Hope you stop in again.“

“We just left another restaurant because of terrible service and walked right into this A&W. It was the absolute best decision. The young lady at the counter and her father, who was cooking and managing, were fantastic. Their attitude was welcoming and genuine.

The food was hot and delicious. Every item tasted exactly the way a great A&W meal should. The cooking was spot on.

“Burgers are the draw here, but don’t overlook the Chili! Burgers were done well and toasted homemade buns. Chili is a meat forward style with noodles. Fries were ok. Service was friendly and timely. Definitely add it to your go to list.“

“We stopped here because of the big playground and we aren’t from the area. My daughters had SO much fun on the playground, they barely ate, but the food was good and the girls that were at the counter were very kind and acknowledged my daughter’s excitement over the playground. “We have recently moved to West De Pere, and have frequented this location a number of times. Have never been disappointed. On my last visit I ordered a Papa Burger. When I got home and opened it, I was blown away. Never, ever, have I had a fast food burger that looked like the promotional picture. This one did, and tasted as good as it looked. Good job, folks.“

“We always love Culver’s. It never fails to provide a great burger, fantastic sides and of course a great custard treat at the end. It is obviously a staple in fast food in the Wisconsin area. We live in Texas but visit Wisconsin often. We have very few Culver’s in Texas, but they stand out against the other local fast food places. Culver’s uses three different types of steak and grind it fresh daily to make fantastic burgers. The fish selection is fantastic as well. During lent they have actual walleye fillets for sandwiches, which is very rare in Texas. The cheese curds of course are always amazing. Treat as well. We love Culver’s!“

“I placed a mobile order for breakfast ahead of time so that i could spoil myself with their yummy breakfast because i knew i wasn’t going to be able to get there on time and i was so excited because i never wake up early enough for it LOL i get there and my order was cancelled for some reason and i learned that they don’t make the order until you get there so it’s nice and fresh and i didn’t get there till after the time breakfast is done. I had no idea that that’s how they do things, this is my first time using the mobile app and that is NOT THEIR FAULT, IT WAS MINE. i’m making that very clear for you meanies that love to bash these workers. but besides the point, they still made it for me and didn’t charge me for the smoothie or the coffee (which they did NOT have to do, it’s not their fault that i’m stupid 😂) but i appreciated it so much!!!!! they were SO nice and understanding“
