Stopped for fish fry on Friday, which was always good, however the haven't had it for over a year! They did offer a fish dinner, but was not worth getting. Two small pieces of bland fish, a few tablespoons of coleslaw, and a bunch of fries to fill the plate. Very disappointing. Someone else had a chicken sandwich, which was not much better. Service was okay and bar has had some upgrades, but our food experience will steer us somewhere else next time out.

Place was recommended to me while visiting from out of town. My friend, his wife and I got lunch and the food was great. The fish fry was delicious! Sadly the service wasn't as great. The lady bartending almost seemed bothered we were there, slow service and practically ignored us after finally giving us our food to the point we weren't able to even get refills on our drinks.Maybe it was a bad day, but first impression of the place wasn't good at all. Definitely didn't feel welcome.

Historically this has been our go to place for dinner & drinks, but the service has really gone downhill in the past couple of years & given a choice, I'd rather go almost anywhere else or even cook at home honestly. This past weekend's dining out experience at The Bluff's was probably the absolute worst I've had to date. There was an event taking place in the reception hall. The ladies manning that were running their @$$es off, but the waitress tending bar & waiting tables in the main area was doing her best to look busy. She finally took our order after nearly 25 minutes, all the while she gave us the stink eye, no doubt hoping that we'd get tired of waiting & leave as I had (not so quietly) suggested to my family that we should do. She took our food & drink order & then forgot to get the drinks altogether. We had to ask for the drinks & when we did, she simply laughed it off. Our table was the only table occupied while we were there. There were a few patrons straggling in & out of the reception area to the bar & it was not at all like she was slammed. It seemed like she wanted to be anywhere else but ther that night. The most personality I observed her exude was when she was entertaining men from the reception taking place in the next room. When we went to pay our bill she completely messed that up & tried to give my fiance an extra $100 or so back. He was honest & showed her the mistake. In the future we will check to see who is working before we get a table.
