I ordered online, picked up in 15 minutes. Specifically asked for no onions on the entrée I had chosen. Unfortunately after getting home I noticed they had the onions mixed in my food.Si I was unable to eat it. Disappointed.
I left a message on the online app and was never contacted by anyone.

CHECK YOUR ORDERS!! Ordered Japanese pan noodles with steak. Got spaghetti and meatballs with no meatballs. Don't know how they screwed this up. I was the ONLY customer in the damn place. You'd have to actually put effort into screwing that up. Not coming back here

I did quick pickup for my coworker and myself and it was a great noodles experience. My order was ready when it said it would be, the staff was warm and friendly, hot food was hot, dining area appeared clean, and I already know to ALWAYS order extra sauce, so we were pleased with our order.
The last three times I've ordered a salad from here they've given me brown old gross lettuce. I'm paying $12 for this and you can't even provide fresh ingredients? I will never order from here again.
