“A friend of mine was visiting from out of town and we were looking for a good place to hang out and play some games. I came in simply for the table space, but the experience blew me away. This place has so many games, which is awesome because I often wish I could play through games before buying them. The staff was super friendly, helpful, and struck the right balance of giving people their space while always being available. “I was there today around 11 am at the one on Howell Ave in Oak Creek. I normally love it there. But today was a hot mess. I decided to eat in and I was given a number to match my order (which was visible and at the end of the table) the lady came out and didnt even care there were numbers on the tables she then started over at the group of kids that were there too. Picked up a dish and called it out. When no one answered she called another. I spoke up and said thats my order. She continued to call out dishes. the lady that was there with the kids said "that order goes over there." The server continued to call out the 4th dish. The boys all said that order belongs to that lady and pointed to me. She then took it back to the prep area. She came out and said I am sorry theres alot of people here. never took my number and the chicken on my buffalo mac was literally rubber. She didnt ask if i was a rewards member either time I was up there and I returned the number to her and said, you never picked this up" she just looked at me like I was stupid. “My granddaughter and I love Panera so I went on Tuesday for dinner take out. The soup was wonderful as always and the cinnamon bagels delicious. The problem was with the total I was charged. I filled out the Panera review I received by email as well as contacted the store directly. Not only was everyone absolutely wonderful from Jeremy to the store manager, Alisha. I was treated with total respect and courtesy and they resolved the issue more than I expected. They are so amazing. I recommend Panera wholeheartedly!! Thank you!!“

“I am so happy there is a Burrachos in Brookfield! I grew up in the Madison area and loved their barbacoa beef tacos, in fact I still craved them over 10 years later and would try to supplement with Chipotle but it never tasted the same to me. My husband and I got takeout today for lunch and it tasted the exact same it did so many years ago! My husband even said this tasted better than Chipotle. The Queso was new to me since I haven’t been to Burrachos in so long and it is a must to try if you go here! The Queso actually tastes like what you would get in a restaurant. “I went there to visit with a friend and it was really nice. We sat outside. There was plenty of nice space to sit either in the shade or enjoying the sun. The menu and service is what you'd expect from a properly run Panera. The bathrooms were nice and clean and everyone was pleasant.“

I called the store and spoke with the manager Barb who apologized for the mishap, remade the order, and had it sent out for delivery by a team member Rob so it would get here on time for the meeting.
