The bright clean interior decor of Soban Korean Eatery is designed. The staff were cheerful, loud and friendly, but orders had to be repeat twice or thrice. The rice bowls are enjoyed though sugar is in the dishes. The tofu soup could be really good but is too spicy for the palate. Banana Milk is a favorite drink. Tteokbokki and japchae, spicy rice cakes and glass noodles, are phenomenal and authentic, tastes like 90s Korean food. The place is amazing and new.
