Pleasantly surprised to still find a Caribou Coffee that exists! Nice little drive through, even though it's located inside a Festival Foods! Coffee was as good as I remembered, and some nice avaliable snacks as well!

Caribou is my absolute favorite coffee place ..Moving from MN to Wi I was very excited a caribou was not too far from our home. The quality of all the coffee drinks made there have been horrible. I feel like they're just putting people there to work that don't even know how to make the drinks properly. So sad. I've never experienced this at Caribou's in Minnesota. Unfortunately, I don't know how many more times I will go back to this particular location and waste my time and money. They need to upgrade their baristas and train them better on what they're doing.
I’ve been coming to this establishment since its opening last year although I’ve noticed their quality these past few months has plummeted. Mind you they’ve always taken 10 minutes min. per car but this last visit left me super disappointed and I will NOT be spending another dime at this franchise. My boyfriend and I ordered five things off the menu and 3/5 were made incorrectly. The worst part about it was the sandwich we received in mistake for another item off the menu was ICE cold!! For $32 I would highly recommend spending your money elsewhere. Not to mention after speaking to a festival foods store manager about our concerns. We were told we would receive a phone call from Caribou manager to refund us for our order. Yet three days later we’re still waiting for any kind of refund/response!!

I come here because I always love the campfire mocha drink. Today I felt the need to post since I noticed the person, I believe named Brody, was by himself and doing a wonderful job. I could hear his voice perfectly in the drive-through and he was very polite. Did not realize before that I could have the campfire mocha made with dark chocolate but he asked if I had a preference. I also just generally have not had bad experiences coming here before.

Called and said they were open till 530 then get there and they have a note on there door saying open till 530 and there lights on, only for me to go in and a note on there counter saying open till 2
