A single star...for years and today was our final attempt at an accurate order from the Hartford store. There's Angie B's, Jimmy John's, Subway and a myriad of other places to get a good sub, the way you order it, in Hartford. If you must have Cousin's delicious bread, go to any other Cousin's or check your order before you leave.

Ordered a Philly cheese steak sandwich, service was good. Got $10 sandwich it was hot. Got home it looked fine, took a bite and yuck! Tasted gross and nasty like old rancid meat, couldn't eat more then 2 bites and threw it in the trash. Such a disappointment. Won't be back.
I literally just walked out of this location after standing at the counter for ten minutes while the employees gabbed and cleaned and ignored me. The one girl working actually looked me in the eye then went back to ignoring me. No idea why. But for my previous visits they always got my order wrong. This was me giving them another chance. Never again. How do you look at someone standing at your counter waiting to order and just blantatly ignore them. Do not recommend this location at all.
