They messed up my sub in front of me and refused to make it right. Instead tried to offer me a cookie. They tried to get me to pay for a second sub if I wanted my food made correctly. Terrible costumer service. If you go anywhere else and THEY mess up they'll remake it. Not here though!

After making the wrong sandwich, instead of remaking what I ordered, they offered me the opportunity to buy a new one, or a cookie, and sent me on my way. Very disappointing service, considering their product is as expensive as it is.

This location is very inconsistent on accuracy. I swear they do not read the Special Instructions. I've had more orders messed up from this Cousins than any other sub shop in the area.

Had a couple small cold prices of meat. Very little onions and peppers. Sub was less than half full. Sub was cold and our other sub was hot and good. Delivery was 15min late. Just bad food
