It took 20 minutes to get 2 burgers, pretzel bites, and 2 chillers. Then when we got the food, they gave us the wrong size and items. The young lady that brought us our food was top notch and very professional. We were given a voucher for our wait and they remade our chillers. Definitely would go back. Took one star for the few hiccups we had.

My burger was messed up, oh well it happens and I get it. I called an said I’d come back for it. Well it was messed up again. I called back and Megan or Morgan was the female who answered tried to argue over the phone with me over who said what. I then proceed to just ask for a refund. My fiancé goes back to the store she refuses to talk with him an then tells Nick her coworker that she didn’t say she would refund and that we are not allowed a refund. Honestly don’t know who hurt her feelings today but maybe she should get demoted and not be the person in charge of phone calls if she can’t handle customer complaints while keeping her composure.

Lots room in the seating area. Lots of room in the parking lot. Nice lit drive through. Easy access for people with disabilities. Booths, single table and family size booths. My table was dirty. Nobody came around to clean. I ordered online from my seat.

My root beer float came without my meal. One of team members said they didn't know where my food was. The cover of my root beer float was covered with frozen custard. That should have been wiped off before serving it to a customer.

My onion rings and fries had too much salt dumped on them. My pub burger looked like it was sitting around, not fresh.

I tried the salted caramel pumpkin frozen concrete. It was good.

There were lots of families with kids having fun. Some teenagers were being silly.

Bathroom was clean.

I received a code for free French fries. I came for the free fries. I probably won't be back to this Culver's. There's no place like your hometown Culver's.

Took 28 minutes to get our food, and when we got it, the burgers were like charcoal, and had absolutely no flavor. Reminded me of the Waupun and Beaver Dam Culvers. I feel all 3 of them cut corners to save money. 3 worst Culvers I've ever been to.

Food was good, but service and speed was below expectations of a Culvers. Lots of standing around at the counter and poor management skills from the manager lead to slow lines in both the drive up and interior order and even slower kitchen times.
10 minutes to order another 25 to get a simple butter burger. Saw multiple customers as well with complaints about incomplete or wrongly made orders.

Waited forever for 2 hot fudge sundae’s and they weren’t busy and when we received them there was hardly any fudge on them and the custard was mostly melted

Slow service.
Chicken sandwich had a chewey rubber texture and left a bad taste in my mouth. Also, I think they got my beverage size wrong unless they're actually that small. The smallest size must look like a dixie cup then.

I have been multiple times and also done mobile orders and have never gotten my full or correct order. They either forget an item or give the wrong item. Also wait times for drive through and inhouse orders take way longer than necessary. I have waited for 45 minutes just for 2 ice creams while others wait even longer for their orders during non rush periods.
